I noticed a new Voskos coupon with a Publix logo.  I was hoping it was a store coupon but it is a manufacturer’s coupon.  Still a pretty good one at $0.75/1 Voskos Greek Yogurt. If you can wait you might want to hold this one until next week as these will be 10/$10 very soon!!

I love to cook with Greek Yogurt so I am very happy with this coupon!

Need a quick and delicious recipe?

Combine a tub of Greek Yogurt with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of crushed rosemary, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest,  a teaspoon of minced garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl or Ziploc bag.

Add about a pound of chicken breast cut in large chunks. Let marinade for a few hours then put on skewers with your favorite veggies and grill until done!

Grab another tub of Greek Yogurt.  Combine half a cup of yogurt with four tablespoons of grated cucumber, a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste. Use this as a dip for your chicken!!

This is one of my favorite quick and delicious recipes!  I will be making this one this weekend if the rain holds off–yummy!
