Happy found a FREE eCookbook for us! Check out the 15 Slow Cooker Favorites from Family Circle. There are several that sound fantastic to me. I want to try the Italian Wedding Soup and the Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable and Chicken Chili –both of these sound so good!
Lots of good hearty recipes that you can do in your crock pot (or as I have accidentally said before – my crack pot–tee hee!!)

Oh man…all those recipes look so good!!! If I had apples in the house right now I’d be making that Apple Crisp for sure. Thats funny that it says the vanilla ice cream is optional though. Optional? NO..its a MUST! 😛 Oh and that Pork Cornbread stew thing looks amazing! I’m gonna try that one first! 😉

The Pork Posole is the best stew I’ve had!!! I add potatos to the recipe but otherwise it’s perfect…..dont skip the cornbread…..it’s awesome!
