Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher sent over a couple of recipes that you guys might want to check out. I am a big fan of asparagus. My family are as enthusiastic about asparagus as I am. I usually roast a big bunch then end up eating most of them myself. I figure I will keep trying…maybe one day they will change their tune.
