I really appreciate these recipes. I have to send a special thank-you for the bacon and spinach quesadilla recipe. My picky two year old LOVED it. I could not believe my eyes. He was woofing it down like it was the best thing we ever made. Hmmm, maybe it was! Thank you for giving me a recipe that provided a great green veggie to my son.
