Well guys this week I just couldn’t stop at just one recipe. If you have been hanging out with me for a while, you probably know that I am a HUGE Mexican food fan. I have tried so many recipes trying to replicate my favorite dishes. Seriously, there have been so many that I stopped counting. Through all that trial and error, I have come up with a few that I just love and thought that I’d share them with you in case you wanted to put together a Cinco de Mayo feast.
The best part of these Cinco de Mayo recipes is that many of the items are a great price this week at Publix. Choose a few of your favorites and skip the restaurant…and the high bill.
