I would shred the chicken and make yummy barbeque chicken sandwhiches.
It is so hot here in FL, I am going to make Chicken Salad.
I shredded the chicken and made chicken enchiladas with Spanish rice today for lunch! Yummy~!
My chicken will be for Friday night along with Publix coleslaw, mac salad and rolls, then left overs for chicken salad on Saturday, my husband also has me get potatoe balls
We used ours for lunch today with a side salad and some fruit. I saved the rest for chicken tacos! Yum!
Honestly, I’ll probably just use it whole without tweaking. We have a newborn & this sleep deprived momma could use an easy meal!
We eat the chicken with salad If there is any chicken left I usually make chicken soup.
I don’t eat meat, so it will go to my cat who adores deli chicken.
We will use ours as our main meal and the left overs will be used in chicken salad.
The old family favorites, chicken pot pie and/or chicken and dumplings!
I got my chicken this morning and it is in the fridge waiting for tomorrow ‘s dinner.
I’ll use it to make Chicken Gnocchi soup!!
Looking forward to the chicken dinner tonight!
I will have the chicken with my homemade potato salad which consists of potatoes, onions, celery, light mayo, and white vinegar for my family and I along with a bag of Fresh Express salad (which is bogo this week at Publix) for a nice delicious dinner. Mmmm
I would make it with some of my favorite rice…the Texmati Rice Blend. Add a little gravy and a salad. Yum!
I would love to win a FREE Chicken. I would make Barbeque Chicken Nachos with the chicken.
We had ours with Potatoes and corn. Dinner for less than $1!! 🙂 Can’t beat it!
It will be a main meal for us with leftovers for lunch. On Social Security so could really use the gift card.
We eat it with a side of bread and potato salad.
Our add starts on Wednesday so we had shredded chicken sandwiches last night. Tonight is homemade pizza with homemade crust. yum!
Chicken salad for summer weather
Chicken caesar salad wraps!
I would use it to make chicken Caesar salad.
We’ll eat chicken and veggies for one meal and then shred the rest up into chicken tacos!
With mashed potatoes and veggies.
we just moved, so i am stocking up on paper towels & toilet paper for the new house, and getting chicken for an easy dinner in the midst of all the moving chaos!
Buffalo Chicken Bites!
Our family eats it whole, usually with a side of mexican rice and fresh tortillas. Of course we can’t forget the salsa nor guacamole!
Buffalo Chicken Dip!
I would make a white bean chicken chili…getting hungry already:)
Shred it for enchiladas
ARE YOU KIDDING ME I HAVE TWO TEENAGED BOYS THAT ARE FOOT TALLER THAN ME PUBLIX’S ROTISSERIE OR FRIED CHICKEN HAS A 30 MIN SHELF LIFE IN MY HOUSE. IF I DON’T BUY TWO THE ONLY THING I AM MAKING IS CHICKEN STOCK FROM THE BONES. I CAN GET THEM TO LEAVE THE SECOND CHICKEN ALONE WITH PROMISES OF
CHICKEN POT PIE.
Easy chicken salad:)
With a nice garden salad.
I think I will chop it up and make yummy chicken salad to go in a wrap. I may even use Michelle’s recipe from earlier in the week 🙂
I absolutely love rotisserie chickens! I will enjoy the rotisserie chicken as a meal with mashed potatoes and a vegetable, then repurpose the leftover chicken to make either chicken salad or a soup – something that will bulk it up and make it s-t-r-e-t-c-h! Then I will use the carcass to make homemade chicken stock. Rotisserie chickens are the BEST!
CHicken salad
I like to use it to make Buffalo Chicken Dip to eat with tortilla chips. Yum!
Hopefully I can do the deal at least a couple times. Normally the kids eat the legs and breast in one meal. The next day (or that evening if for lunch), I will boil the remaining chicken and remove the carcass once there is a good broth. I will then make egg noodles or dumplings – adding back some of the meat and reserving some for spinach, mushroom and chicken eggs for breakfast.
Crockpot chicken and dumplings.
wanting to try chicken tortilla soup in the crock pot. On a hot day no stove or oven !!
chicken fried rice
Cold chicken, Publix shredded cole slaw (we love it), a pot of beans, corn on the cob and biscuits. Yummy
DH loves having roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green peas. I may have to make a jiffy corn bread mix so we can have a cornbread muffin too. Always use the leftovers for chicken salad or homemade soup. Yum!!
Chicken a la King!!
We will eat the chicken for a meal then shred the rest to make some kind of pizza. YUM
I have been wanting to make chicken and veggie spring rolls for a while now. Seems like good summer food.
Easy chicken pot pie with crumbled Ritz crackers for the top. Thank you for the opportunity to win!
Chicken salad, chicken sandwiches, chicken quesadillas LOTS of chicken 🙂
I’m hoping to score two buying 6 items (it’s stock up time anyways). Anyone know if I can?
I just make some mash potatoes and a vegetable…leftovers get thrown on a salad 🙂
Im going to shred it and put it in soup! YUM
We’ll eat chicken tonight with a ready-made side from the Publix deli (no oven!) and the leftovers will transform into chilled chicken salad sandwiches for tomorrow’s lunch!!
I will devour the entire chicken in one sitting! By myself!
We will eat it as is with sweet potato wedges, broccoli scampi, and a roll. Our leftovers will be made into chicken salad with grapes and apples and served on a croissant with a side of macaroni salad.
I use mine to make chicken quesadilla, spelling? Thanks for the chance.
I love this offer, especially this week, I have been sick with a terrible cold. So, I put my list together and my coupons and my dear sister is bringing home the chicken and a few sides for a super easy meal. Thanks P&G, Publix and I heart Publix!!
Would make 3 meals for husband and I: Wings & drumsticks w/yellow rice with veggies & Cole slaw; shred for green salad w/walnuts, dried cranberries & rolls and lastly stir fry w/garbanzo beans, baby carrots and 2 tbsp curry powder….delish!!!
I will be using it to make chicken tacos and a buffalo chikem dip
I would take a head of lettuce and some fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and shred the chicken up and have a wonderful salad…would just need some cheese and dressing..yum yum
Chicken subs for everyone.
We eat it plain the day I buy it, and slap the leftovers between 2 pieces of bread for sandwiches the next day!
I will use the chicken plain with gravy and mashed potatoes, but the next day we’ll have chicken sandwiches for lunch!!!
Chicken quesadillas are a family favorite.
I love to use it in a salad with fresh tomatoes and cukes, yummy!
I’ll eat the whole chicken myself!
It’s great for family picnics!! 🙂
My family eats it just as is with mashed potatoes and corn , and the left overs (if any ) are usually eaten in sandwiches the next day .
I will make some casseroles to go with it!
We will eat a portion of the rotisserie chicken the first night and then the next day use the remainder for BBQ sandwiches.
I will most likely make some home made potato salad to go with it, and have some regular green salad also!
I would use the Publix rotisserie chicken to top off a salad for dinner and use citrus dressing. This would be yummy light dinner in this Florida heat.
I am going to make a really good Mexican dip with it that I have only made a handful of times but my husband and myself love!
I make this buffalo chicken dip that’s to die for! You take shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and cream cheese – mix it up, put it in a pan and bake it for 15 minutes. It’s delicious!
It would be out “entree” with salad or veggies and bread. 🙂 Thanks.
We eat it warm as is with a couple of sides and then pick it clean and freeze any extra for chicken tacos later.
I’d make enchiladas in sour cream white sauce.
I will be shredding it ( and eating while shredding haha) and putting it on a cauliflower crust pizza.
This has been one of my favorite deals! I bought three Pantene shampoos and three Gillette razors…. Got two chickens and submitted for the refresh and renew rebate! After the rebate I will get all 8 items for about $9. I shredded the chicken and made 3 casseroles for the freezer… 2 chicken and wild rice and 1 chicken pot pie…. I even had enough chicken leftover to make myself a snack of chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese wrapped up in leafy lettuce!
I’ll use with Chicken & Dumplings.
Quesadillas — my family’s favorite!
The breast meat would be sliced and served atop a nice Caesar salad . The rest would be shredded and used in a pot of homemade chicken vegetable soup.
I would use mine to make Chicken Enchiladas.
I already got mine and it was great!! I cooked some of the Knorrs rice that was also on sale this week! It sure was nice to be able to prepare supper in 15 minutes! Thanks!!
Shredded bbq chicken!
Cut it up and serve with mac & cheese and salad. For leftovers, I usually shred the remaining meat and make pita pocket sandwiches or quesadillas!
I would serve it as is for main dish for dinner with mac & cheese & field peas and cornbread as sides. Then IF any leftover I would shred/dice and make chicken salad to eat as is or on sandwiches. I love this promotion & usually do the deal twice if cost effective.
We will have with the chicken my mom’s famous baked beans and potato salad and end with a piece of Edwards key lime pie.
Part of the chicken will go for BBQ Chicken pizza and the remaining will be used for Cheesy Chicken Corn Chowder! Yum…I can taste it now! 😀
Chicken salad! It’s hot and that’s a quick fix!
Definitely with fresh corn
Chicken noodle soup!!
I will use it for a quick meal on a busy night and the leftovers for chicken salad.
I will use my free chicken to make chicken salad! We all like it made differently so with a whole chicken I can conjur up 12 different versions!
Our sweet baby girl is due any day now so I will be glad to have something in the fridge for my husband and son that is ready to eat!
With a rotisserie I make chicken pillows and chicken kisses recipes from the Chef in Training website.
Buffalo chicken pizzas
My kids love when I make chicken salad with grapes and a rotisserie chicken.
We will have this as a meal. And if we have left over I will make chicken wrap.
I will make mash potatoes and a fresh salad to accompany our free chicken!
I can make three meals from one chicken. Hot chicken sandwiches, pot pie and chicken rice soup. I would be getting three meals for FREE!
As a meal with some potatoes and fresh corn on cob. YUM!!!
I will use for Dinner of Chicken, rice and fresh summer fruit. Thanks You.
I’m laughing Michelle because I printed those coupons for the Charmin and Bounty on Monday–dinner tonight–fresh hot (free) chicken, salad (BOGO) fresh corn (on sale) and our favorite Magnum bars!
BTW, the class I taught here at the library went wonderfully. They loved your site and there are 14 new couponers here in Smyrna. Thanks again.
Ruth
I would slice the meat for a sandwich. Then, use the rest for chicken stew.
I have been wanting to try the Buffalo Chicken cups. What a perfect time to do so if I win free chicken 😉
I like to use the chicken breasts in salad at lunch to add some protein. My husband eats the rest of the chicken for his lunch.
I would use it as a quick and easy dinner for the family. With a 6 month old at home, it’s sometimes difficult to pull dinner together.
I would use it to make a quick chicken tinga on a day I don’t feel like cooking over long but still want to feed the family something decent and exciting.
If I can keep my boys out of the chicken, I will make Chicken Tetrazzini
I’ll chop it up and add it to salad.
We usually eat the rotisserie chicken as is with veggies and rice the first night, but any leftover chicken usually goes into quesadillas or chicken salad the rest of the week…yum!
I keep it simple and stretch that chicken out for 2 lunches and dinner! Dinner tonight will be plain jane chicken with rice, beans, and Bogo Salad. Tomorows lunches will be chicken salad with the breasts and then Saturday lunch will be Arroz con pollo with the leftover bits of the chicken.
Chicken enchiladas. Yum!
We can use it to make soup in the crock pot.
First we will have chicken dinner, and then I will make Chicken Salad sandwiches with the leftovers.
We love chicken tacos!
I had been wanting to get a rotesserie ckn with bread, and tea to take to a family whose husband found out he has cancer. So I was thrilled when I saw this deal. Got everything even dessert for around $6. Normally I do like to eat it just like it is. or make veggie soup in crockpot and add the ckn at the end.
I am going to do absolutely nothing to the chicken.. Got it home, open it up and slice it for the kids and my hubby for dinner with some quick mac and cheese and some garlic bread. Dinner is served in less than 10 mins!! Woo Hoo… . I need more nights like this after a long day at the office.
Thanks.. I Love IHeart Publix for letting us know about these awesome deals. You Rock….
Dinner while its hot and shredded the leftovers for salad the following day.
perfect for sandwiches!
to make chicken tacos
I like to use the chicken for an easy dinner one night and then can use the leftovers for chicken salad the net day
Chicken with Knorr on the side and a big chef salad
I got one today! I have already fed my 2 boys cut up chicken with apple slices and string cheese. I will make my husband and I lettuce wraps with chicken, avocado, cucumbers, cilantro and ginger dressing…YUM!
chicken gyro greek wrap
We would eat our free rotisserie chicken as is with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes. Leftovers would be used for chicken burritos. I would then boil the carcass to make chicken stock for soup or chicken and dumplings.
I will likely do a pizza with the chicken.
Yummy chicken salad!
I will make our favorite Summer Salad – Mixed Spring Greens, Chicken, Fresh Strawberries, Feta Cheese and a Light Balsamic Dressing. YUM!!!
We will make a meal just buy getting the chicken then all the publix sides. If any leftovers making sandwiches.
We would enjoy the chicken with side dishes. The next day leftovers would be used in a salad.
Just right out of the package. publix has done all the work so i am not going to make any extra work for myself changing their delicious chicken
We love to eat it the first night, then make chicken salad the next night!
Eat some of the chicken with baguette and side salad, make sandwiches next day, and boil the bones to make chicken broth which my husband will use to make egg drop soup! Nothing wasted!!
Chicken and Dumplings or Chicken with Peas, Hard Boiled Eggs and Saffron Rice…so so good..ole timey recipe…and a bit of the chicken for our fave..southern pulled chicken BBQ pizza with pineapple, peppers and onions..yummo
I am using the chicken for my famous chicken salad!!
I would use it to make a big pot of chicken noodle soup. Yum!
I’d use it to make chicken sandwiches!
I will cook some vegetables and baked potatoes to throw together a quick and easy meal for my family. I will also then bone the chicken, and use the leftover chicken to make homemade chicken soup which will be another meal. I love Publix’s Rotisserie Chickens because I can do so much with them, plus they are delicious!
I think they send the aroma of the chicken through the air vents because I start craving their rotisserie chicken as soon as I’m in the parking lot : ) The first day we would eat the chicken and then use the leftovers for either wraps or pizza … mmm!
Thank you!
Chicken Quesadillas
I think that we would have chicken sqauares made using cream cheese and crescent rolls. The Publix chicken would make them even better!
I would make chicken and asiago cheese subs with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles!
Serve the dark meat for dinner, use the white for chicken salad.
chicken salad with poppyseeds!!!!
I would make chicken quesadillas for one night and then I would use the rest of the chicken to make my wonderful homemade chicken noodle soup. My step daughter loves it! I always freeze some for when the kids are sick (there’s nothing better than mom’s homemade soup).
I’m 85 years old and love Publix Rotisserie chickens so today a friend of mine brought me a Mojo chicken. It was enough for 2 meals I thought until I started eating and saw 6 eyes staring at me (my babies-1 cat & 2 dogs). So I shared some with all 3. The cat came back a couple hours later for “seconds”. I hope I have enough for another meal tomorrow!!
Homemade curry chicken salad with cashews:)
Our kids beg for the rotisserie chicken, cut up, and served with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy!! 🙂
Some chicken tacos
I would just eat it as is 🙂
Super simple…chicken tacos! A crowd pleaser… 🙂
My family loves this chicken from Publix. I will cut the chicken up and put sweet potato fries on the side. With the leftover chicken, I will make it into a sandwich for my Dad’s lunch for work.
chicken and dumplings…………….yummmmmmmmm!
I would refrigerate it and make cold chicken salad the next day – with grapes, mayo, celery, onion and whatever else is handy.
I would actually get 2 meals out of the chicken, have a chicken, veggies, and potatoes dinner, then use the leftover for a chicken soup!
chicken salad
I will take my free chicken and cut it into bite sized pieces. Then I will add 2 cans of the BOGO libbys mixed vegetables. Next I will add two cans of chicken soup, and top it off with some crushed Ritz crackers that I got BOGO at publix. My family of 5 hungry children will enjoy a quick “pot pie”! Of course I stacked coupons with my BOGO deals, so I can make tis quick dinner for less than $5!
I would do chicken tacos and buffalo chicken dip!
I would serve it as if the first night and then cut it up for chicken salad the next day. Win win situation. Yummy.
I am going to use my free chicken to make this new reciepe called Garlic Parmesan Chicken Lasagna Bake. I can’t wait!
Surprisingly I have never purchased a rotisserie chicken. Can you believe it! With such a good deal this week I think I need to treat myself. A baked potato and a vegetable and I’m going to call it a meal. If there is any left-over chicken it will go into salads for the next day for lunch. Maybe not the most inventive (obviously no gourmet cook here) but it works for us
Mine got used in three ways…my daughter ate the legs with some macaroni and cheese from my chicken tender meal for lunch…my husband ate the wings with my leftover Publix chicken tender meal…and I tore up the rest of it to freeze for a meal later! I got the bacon peppercorn flavor…one of the deli employees convinced me to get one last week, and it was absolutely delicious!
I would make chicken enchiladas with a side of Mexican rice. Cinnamon Ice cream for dessert.
I will definitely be getting several rotisseries…love having them on hand for salads, sandwiches and just cold…love them!!!
My family loves the Mojo chicken just the way it is. I just add rice and gravy and some veggies and we all good to go!!
I love Publix chicken! Will probably make a meal with some sides from the deli and enjoy the “dinner’s already done” moment!
We like ours shredded with cheese and grilled in a flour shell. I’m thinking we may be having this Sunday for lunch after church
I’d use it as a shortcut to homemade potato balls. Make instant mashed potatoes, lightly sautee shredded chicken with chopped onions and tomato sauce, and season if necessary. Form balls with instant potatoes, make a hole to stuff chicken and then seal off by rolling, adding more potato if necessary. Fry in deep pan or deep fryer and enjoy.
i use it to make chicken salad my family loves this for dinner and it is healthy too
Just eat it! And whatever is left goes into crockpot for stock next day 🙂
Id use it to jazz up pasta salad
I will pick up some sides from the publix deli and make it a quick easy meal after shopping!
I would use it to make chicken quesadillas! Thanks.
Delish with mac and cheese
Easy chicken with yellow rice and peas.
I will gladly use the chicken on my family’s pizza night… Buffalo chicken for my husband and I; chicken, bacon, and ranch for the kiddos. Any leftover chicken will be used for homemade chicken noodle soup for my 2 year old’s lunch the next day.
Served as delicious and as lovely as it is along with some easy mashed potatoes (that means instant) and a simple Fresh Express salad – such as Caesar.
well, I would eat it as is, pairing with a fruit salad and Hawaiian rolls. Then, leftovers would be a cold chicken sandwich with swiss & mustard!
I would use it for a Sunday lunch with Hawaiian rolls and baked beans.
I would eat it will watching the Florida Gator Softball team play in the Women’s College World Series
I would use the chicken as a topping on a salad!
We would eat half of it with steamed veggies and rolls and the other half will be made into chicken salad.
I’ll make a chicken salad with onion, celery with Thai basil.A favorite in our house!
We will eat most of it just as is, and then I’d like to make a chicken rice soup (identical to the classic chicken noodle soup, except sub rice for noodles).
we just eat it with some veggies
I am going to use it as a “mom’s night off from cooking” and simply just add a couple of sides. aahhhh… 🙂
I just used my free chicken tonight just over a garden salad. Easy, peasy and we didn’t have to heat the house.
My husband must have Publix potato salad to go with the Publix rotisserie chicken.
I would make some enchiladas and Spanish rice.
We would have chicken salad sandwiches.
Served with Publix mac and cheese from the deli!
I would serve the chicken pulled off the bone. My sides would be Publix potato salad and Publix macaroni salad. It would be delicious and my family would love it!!!
We would have the chicken with sweet rolls or crescent rolls, stir-fry veggies, and sweet tea! Leftover chicken would be used to make a Southern Chicken Casserole!
The day we get the chicken we usually just eat it out of the bag, but a couple days later I mix it with rice, some frozen veggies, soy sauce and an egg for some yummy stir-fry-style fried rice. Some days instead of soy sauce I pour a can of cream of mushroom soup on the chicken and veggie mix and serve it with pasta for a healthy chicken “alfredo”. It’s good any way you slice it 🙂

I would use it to make a nice chicken salad using fresh grapes, apples, an pecans. Great refreshing dinner for the beautiful weather
I have a great recipe for Greek Nachos. The rotisserie chicken would be great shredded on top of this fabulous recipe!!!
Winner, winner chicken dinner 🙂 and, then, cut up and mix with pasta veggies for lunch the next day…
I would make chicken and yellow rice. Which comes out perfect everytime in my Princess House Miracle Dish. The whole family loves it even the two pickiest eaters! And of course we’d have it with black beans too.
I like to eat the chicken with some nice veggie salad and plenty lemon. If we have some breast meat leftover, I will make chicken and onion empanadas.
I like to shred the breast meat and make chicken tostadas with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and cheese. The rest of the chicken I use in either chicken and gnocchi soup or to make chicken macaroni and cheese.
We just love to eat the chicken just the way it is. I usually make sandwich or chicken soup with leftover.
I received my free rotisserie chicken today. My kids and husband devoured it along with the homemade pizza I made.
We eat it off the bone and any left overs are used in chicken sandwiches.
We eat it off the bone on sandwich rolls with Publix deli potato salad and sweet tea.
I will use the chicken to make BBQ chicken sandwiches, wraps or possibly try your BBQ chicken pizza recipe.
Chicken Pizza loaded with vegies!
I used mine last night as is. Just added some rice and sweet peas and we had a meal. Thanks P&G for the free chicken.
I’ll make some yummy chicken tacos and save the rest for chicken salad sandwiches. 🙂
I cut it up, add some potato salad and fresh fruit on the side and through it in the picnic basket. It makes for a cheap, but great date night with my husband.
I got mine yesterday and made a delicious chicken salad.
1 chicken = 3 meals. 1. Chicken with sides (macaroni and cheese and green beans are easy) 2. shred leftover chicken and make quesidillas 3. Put the bones in water with onion, carrots and celery and make chicken noodle soup.
I would make Chicken wing dip to take to a bbq and left over for some chicken quesadillas.
Chicken salad for dinner tonight!
I would make chicken gnocchi soup. It’s awesome with rotisserie chicken !
Rotisserie Chicken , fresh green beans and homemade macaroni and cheese….and with the leftover chicken, chicken salad sandwiches which my husband has recently discovered he loves!
I’ll be making chicken spinach and strawberry salad. Easy dinner and no cooking. Thanks for all the great deals and info.
I chop up the chicken and make quesadilla’s with it.
It’s yummy, and easy!
That night I’ll eat with mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and a small salad. What’s left I’ll use in wraps.
Chicken nachos!!
I will bring my chicken on to the front porch and sit with my family and enjoy a summer night with paper plates, publix macaroni salad fruit and sweet tea!!! Easy and good!
My favorite way to eat rotisserie chicken is to eat it with lipton rice and a veggie one night, then make soup with the rest! Rotisserie chickens make DELICIOUS soup!
Eat with chicken, homemade Mac n cheese, and fruit salad yum! If any are leftovers which for our family is rare we would use in wraps or pitas.
If a decent part of a chicken is left, I’d make a chicken salad sandwiches. Just shred leftover chicken, add raisins (or craisins), onion, celery, apple and mayo. Spread on toast. Enjoy!
Eat it with some Publix potato salad then use the leftovers to make either chicken and dumplings or chicken salad sandwiches the next day. 🙂
Chicken salad sandwiches with yogurt, mayo, red grapes, almonds, and cinnamon. Lunches during these hot southern days!
If I were lucky enough to win I would make chicken wraps. I have 3 teenage boys at home, this helps go a long way to feed them!

We love it right off the bone with a couple sides. I use leftovers for a chicken casserole! A little rice, mixed veggies, chicken broth and top it lightly with cheese and bread crumbs. Delic!
I would make my mom’s recipe for fresh dill chicken salad on kings hawaiian rolls. So yummy!
We just eat the rotisserie chicken as it is with sides like baked beans and steamed carrots, then I use the leftovers to make chicken salad for sandwiches!
Eat it with tortellini salad!
Chicken quesadillas!
I would make chicken empanadas, yumm, thanks
Use it as chicken the first day, chicken pot pie next, and finally, chicken fajitas. Yummy!
We eat them just they way they are -yummy!! Got 2 last night lemon pepper and BBQ are our favorites!
We love them with grilled veggies and potatoes. What’s left I will make in to chicken salad.
We love the Chicken with rice and a veggie. Voila dinner is served! Leftover chicken gets pulled and usually gets used for tacos or BBQ chicken sandwiches.
We’ll eat as an entrée with beans and slaw. Leftovers will go in a salad–probably a Cobb salad. I am, however, eyeing your Chunky Chicken Salad with Orange Yogurt Dressing, as a possible choice. The biggest trick is to grab enough chicken for leftovers, BEFORE the first meal.
Picnic at the Lake! It would be a great, Quick, and inexpensive get away!
We are ours for lunch yesterday since I was gone all morning couponing! I bought the 3 Gillette razors and used 3 $3 manufacture coupons and 2 $2 refresh and renew publix coupons! Score!
I will freeze my chicken and then on a day when I have to work a late shift, I put it in the crock pot with a little bit of water before I leave. My family has a head start on a meal without me being there.
I used part of my chicken for quesadillas last night. With what is remaining I intend to make buffalo chicken dip for tomorrow at the pool.
Since my hubby and I are newly empty nesters we will probably eat off the chicken for two meals and we have not done “Beer Butt” chicken in awhile so we will probably cook it that way MMmmmm!!!!
Shredded chicken tostadas!
I used part of it for my kids favorite Quesadillas. And the rest of it is in the fridge and will use it saturday for a chicken frittata.
Probably just as-is, but maybe chicken enchiladas.
As is with sides… I use the leftovers for chicken sandwiches, a casserole, or chef salad.
Publix rotisserie chicken is fantastic in my Chicken Bog! Shredded chicken, chunks of kielbasa, veggies, and rice-yum!
We love to use the chicken in pasta dishes.
I will make a a green salad with chicken and craisins. Perfect for these hot evenings!
We will take it with us to the beach for our picnic
Take it to the park for a picnic!
I will put them in the food processor and then use the chicken to make tamales that I steam in the slow cooker. Easy and delicious!
As I do with most anything perishable I get “free”, I would give it to my elderly neighbor who is on a fixed income and does not often cook for herself or her disabled son. I am lucky that I have a job and can buy food for myself, so when I get a BOGO item or “free with purchase” item, I often give it to her to enjoy. I also look for items I can get for free with coupons, even if it is something I do not eat/use, and then I will donate those things to the local mission. My way of paying it forward.
I will use my free rotisserie chicken to cut up & toss in some mashed potatoes with corn & cheese on top. Easy & inexpensive delicious meal
i love to take it to the drive in with my Hubby and the Publix Sweet Cole Slaw, yum yum
I would eat it the first night with corn and rolls and then we would probably use the leftovers for tacos the next night.
Eat it with mashed taters and biscuits, then put the rest in a salad for lunch.
I debone and freeze some for future meals. Then I boil the bones, etc to make broth for chicken noodle soup. Yum!
I’d make some yummy chicken salad
There isn’t much left after 4 of us eat it, but whatever there is, we make chicken salad with it.
I will use the chicken as meal: with mashed potatoes and fresh corn. What ever chicken is left I will make buffalo chicken salad for lunch the next day.
The rotisserie chicken is simply delicious just as it is, add a couple of sides, a roll and a drink for an unbeatable lunch or dinner. Leftovers are good even cold!
Chicken Soup. My son loves it!!!
We will eat the chicken with steamed vegetables for supper. Then we will use the other half to make chicken soup in the crockpot the following day,
I will fix my husband’s favorite Quesadillas and none will be left.
We eat it as is with mashed potatoes ans steamed veggies.
It will be perfect in our favorite chicken and rice casserole!

We’ll have the chicken tonight for dinner with a salad, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Leftovers will be used for chicken sandwiches!
There’s 6 of us(9 if my in laws smell me cooking, LOL),so I imagine I’ll only get to squeeze about four meals out of it. I’ll shred it into four equal amounts and have jambalaya, gumbo, chicken and dumplings, and pasta salad. And use the bones to make broth for three of those meals.
My daughter’s recipe which is one of our favorites for a rotisserie Mojo Chicken is this.
She peels all the chicken off of the bone.
She takes 1/2 of the torn chicken pieces and layers the bottom of 9×12 baking dish.
She puts a layer of corn (canned or frozen), whatever we have.
The next layer she puts on top is 2 bags of the green giant frozen red potatoes and green beans.
She then smothers that with a can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup.
The next layer she takes the other 1/2 of torn chicken pieces and layers that on top of the Soup.
For the finale she whips up a box of chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing for the top and bakes it on 375 for 25 minutes.
There are never any leftovers!!!!
I would love to make some Pasta Salad with my chicken
I will strip it and make a nice chicken salad for dinner, it is way too hot to cook here in Fla. right now
add sliced tomatos and cukes to the plate………….maybe a few black olives too. keep it light and keep it cool!
My daughter is turning 3 in a week and I will use my free chickens to shred them for a fajitas party for the kiddos.
We will have a family meal with the free chicken.
It will be part of Sunday dinner, with vegetables and potatoes.
I paired the Chicken with some veggies for a quick, easy meal. The next day there was plenty of chicken left so I shredded it into a quick salad. I love that I got two meals from the free chicken and it was delicious! Thanks for the chance to win the gift card!
I would shred it up and use it in tacos – super easy and yummy!
I’ll cut one breast portion into strips to top a salad for my lunch tomorrow then shred the rest of the chicken and make the family our favorite dinner, stuffing casserole. It’s simple with a bag of frozen mixed veggies, can of cream of chicken soup, a little sour cream. Mix all of that in a dish then bake with stuffing on top and serve it with cranberry sauce (or actually we found a much cheaper alternative that tastes quite similar–grape jelly).
It will be for Dinner with veggies and potatoes.
I’m making chicken salad with the leftovers from my chicken dinner!
BBQ chicken sandwiches!
Chicken Salad!!! Yummy!
I would use the leftovers to make a chicken salad – so nice on a hot day.

I would shred the chicken, mix with BBQ sauce and serve on Hawaiian Sweet Rolls with coleslaw, and I would serve potato salad and baked beans on the side.
I will first enjoy the delicious chicken as a meal, and then use the leftovers for chicken salad!
I like to use it to make chicken salad with celery and nuts in it yummy!
I will use my free chicken to make chicken salad with grapes, cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic salt and serve it on croissants. YUM!!! Thanks, P & G and I heart publix!!!
We like to use it to make a bbq chicken pizza on the grill!
After a main meal, leftovers go into chicken wraps.
Enchiladas
Honestly, my boyfriend has started to rub off on me – he usually just eats it out of the package with his hands. I’ll attempt to use utensils like a civilized person, but it doesn’t always end that way. 🙂
I’d slice it and make sandwiches with it
My husband loves Rotisserie chicken – BBQ chicken pizza. Thanks for the giveaway!

I am a single mom and full time medical student so I LOVE grabbing these for a great price because the chicken is already prepared! I usually cut the chicken up and pour over some Italian dressing. I then bake it for about 20 extra minutes. My Italian-rotisserie chicken served with vegetables is a favorite for my 1 year old 🙂
Fist meal, hot with side of salad and twice baked potato. Second meal, left overs in wraps for my husband and I for lunch with left over salad and some buffalo dressing to change things up a bit!
