Well if your kiddos haven’t started school yet I am betting they will be back by the end of next week. I can’t believe that Labor Day is this weekend. This year is flying by fast.
My boys are on their third week of school already. We are gradually getting into our groove. I am still struggling with life after school but the mornings are going super smooth.
We have added a new kiddo to our morning routine as of last week. You might think that another kid might mean more work – but it has turned out to be a great thing. Cade was having to go to the early program at school each day so his parents could make it to work on time. I hated hearing that he has to sit at school an hour or more before it even started. So, now he gets dropped off here where he has breakfast and heads out with us for morning carpool. He has the task of waking the boys up each morning and guess what…they jump out of bed happy to see him. The boys are doing all their morning tasks much quicker and so much more efficiently than before. It’s GREAT…they even have time to get in a little play before school!
While they are eating, dressing, brushing teeth and cleaning up I get lunches packed. Because I am not having to stay on them about hurrying to get ready, I get lunch done super quick. My other secret weapon is the super handy LunchBlox™ kit.
The LunchBlox™ Kit is a set of containers that snap together so that the lunches stay organized in the lunch bag. The containers snap to a Blue Ice™ tray to keep foods cool. All those little containers allow you to quickly organize foods without fussing with baggies or plastic wrap. You can send dressings, yogurts, applesauce and more without fear of it spilling and making a mess all over the place.
All the components are BPA-free and are microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. That opens up the possibilities for so many different food combinations. There are several different configurations available whether your kiddo has a flat lunch bag or a tall lunch bag.
I have two sets of each just in case I forget to wash the containers at night (yep…that happens almost every single night–tee hee!) With all those coupon options you can grab enough kits to save yourself some time too. Here’s a list of coupons available. Grab them and get your deals. I think you’ll love them just as much as I do!

This post is brought to you by the folks at Rubbermaid.
I used my $2.00 coupon (the one you provided recently) last week—my daughter and I have taken turns using it (I’m a teacher, she’s a 9th grader). I should have bought TWO— 🙂
Love the size and portion control. The built in ice pack is genius.
There isn’t a coupon at the Target website.
I just wish they fit into a regular lunch box better – I know they make special ones for them – but our regular lunchboxes don’t fit them.
I missed the awesome sale on these at Publix a week or two ago, but hung on to my coupons and was pleasantly surprised to see the Kids lunch kits (pictured in this post) on clearance at Kroger for $6.99 yesterday! I bought 2, washed them up last night, and my girls packed them for lunch today. My youngest has a regular size lunch box, and as Kristin mentioned above, it won’t fit the lunch kit when assembled as pictured. I had to put the smaller purple and green sections next to/around the pink sandwich keeper with the ice block. While that’s doable, my chief complaint (for my older daughter with a larger lunch box) is that once the blue piece is frozen, it expands – and the snack pieces on top no longer “snap” into it! This is a fantastic product in theory, but I’m not sure how I feel about it yet in practice. The jury’s still out!
My daughter has a fabric lunchbox from LLBean and the pictured lunch blox set fits inside when fully assembled the fabric lunch boxes seem to stretch
What is the price in these?
I bought 2 of these on clearance at Staples. It’s the salad type.
LOVE IT!! it has a deep container to fit a large sized salad, then a top drawer type
Piece that has compartments for toppings and a small container that you put your dressing…
Just the perfect portion plus the ice pack it brings. I was shocked at the
Retail price of $8.99-$13.99 but I paid $2 and would definitely
Get at least 2 more if I find them!! ❤️
