Cutting coupons has introduced me to lots of new products that I would have never tried otherrwise.
I find out about new products by coupons. Coupons and samples encourage me try the new product. I notice that Publix offer food samples(mostly during the weekend) but I do most of my shopping Tuesday – Friday. I would love it if Publix offer food and products samples during the week days also. If I try a product for free or less price, if I like the product, I will tell my family and friends and I will purchase the product at the regular price.
New items are often on a stand-alone cardboard display, so I make sure to look carefully at each one I pass by. Even if a product line is not new, a stand may have a new variety or flavor. For instance, Betty Crocker cookie pouches have been around forever, but all my stores had a stand-alone display of a new Cotton Candy flavor cookie.
Honestly, I became friends with the managers an cashiers. They have the inside scoop on new products,coupons, and markdowns. I give them coupons when there is a good deal 🙂

Being a coupon user has introduced me to many new products I otherwise may miss or never try due to price. I think a monthly email introducing mew products would be nice. Maybe grouped with some Publix E-coupons?? *wink* *wink*
I find new items at Publix from I heart publix.
I usually find new products on end caps or on a front store display. Coupons also introduce new products too.
I generally look in the ad circulars or on coupons.com because when a new product comes out there is usually a coupon to print. Stores often put new items on sale to correlate with the coupons too so you can often try a new product for a reduced price.
Since I have started couponing, I have signed up for many freebie sites & that is where I find out about most of the newer products. Vocalpoint, Kraft First Taste, & PinchME are all great sites to receive new products & coupons. Love these sites.
If there are new products coming out at Publix, it would be great to receive an email or have them announce it on their website. Freebies & coupons would be nice as well. 🙂

I find out about new products from displays in the store or an ad plus coupons that come in the inserts. I’ve tried a lot of new items because of those, that I never would have tried otherwise. And sometimes I hear about something new from friends or members of the Iheartpublix forum. Facebook is also a good place to learn about new items.
I find out about new products in several ways – I heart Publix site of curse, but also from in store displays and in the Publix ad.

I find out about a lot of new items due to working for Publix. Tho couponing has allowed me and my family to actually try the new items. I see them when they first come in and a lot of times here about them from our vendors.

A weekly or monthly email from from Publix (preferably with coupons) showing new items they carry would be fantastic.
Publix has a section in their weekly ad for new products, which is how I can tell if they carry the item. Also, coupons are a great way to discover new products.
I like how Publix has been sending personalized digital coupons to my email. I think it would be great if they offered these emails for coupons for new products that come in!

I have found out that Publix truly is the best grocery store to shop and use your coupons. I don’t have a Publix nearby, but I do go the extra miles to public to do my couponing. My favorite is the BOGO and using 1 coupon on each one. The savings is CRAZY!! I Love Publix!! 🙂
I normally just stumble across new items when I am doing my normal Publix shopping. It would be nice if they had an area for new items with a hanging sign; or something of that nature. My children always notice when they change overhead signs.

I find new items through commercials, magazines, emails, blogs, and clipping coupons. Publix has send me emails before showing the new items they are carrying.
I am usually in such a hurry and laser like focused on getting what I went into Publix to get, that sometimes it is a real treat when I can take my time and see what I’ve been missing. I find new products when there are coupons and deals on something I might otherwise not try. And surprisingly, I often find items I didn’t even know were in the store when they are on the clearance racks and tables.
Coupons are usually the first way I learn about a new product but I’ve also seen things first on this site and the displays Publix sets up:)
Every few weeks, I walk up and down every aisle looking for closeouts and coupons, so I often come across new items this way.

I always use Web sites like iheartPublix and Southern Savers to find new items at Publix. I would be lost without them! I also love getting e-mails from Publix about new items. It is really helpful.

I find new items when they are featured in a recipe at the Aprons counter. I love being able to try the recipe first when they serve samples. It is a great service.

I find new products at Publix many times when a new coupon is available. Usually Publix will have the new products in stock, so I look for them in store.
A great way to introduce new products at Publix would be to advertise them on their webpage and offer a digital coupon for the product.
I look for new items in the coupon inserts. Publix should put standout signs on new items.
I love checking out the new products in the Publix ad – they normally have a little decal next to them that says “New Item”. I would be great if they could feature these in some of their email campaigns. They have the “savings just for you” emails – Maybe a “New, Just for You!” campaign. Thank you!
Some Publix Stores have a wall in a certain area that they put new and Special orders on. It would be nice if they all had a section for new items 🙂
I stroll every aisle of Publix looking for clearance items and deals. It’s my me time, LOL! That’s usually when I notice new products as well.

I would like to find out by email, then I can print out the email and take it with me when I go to the shops to look for the product.

I would enjoy getting e-mails from Publix regarding new products and even upcoming sales. I check my e-mail very frequently and I usually have a list ready to go before stopping in store so I tend to miss some of the new items since I am focusing on the items I already know I need to get.

Coupons introduce me to almost all the new products I try. Without coupons I would probably never try most of the new stuff.

I usually notice new items in the weekly ads, or when I cut coupons.
I find information on new products through the poster boards posted around the store and/or I ask the cashiers during checkout.

The Aprons cooking area in the middle of the store is a GREAT place where I learn about new products!! Just learned about a chicken cordon bleu sub sandwich my Publix deli is now selling!! They are usually cooking up something wonderful there using some great products AND they tell me of other new products IN the store!!
Stand alone displays with coupons are always helpful.

Usually I see an ad for something and I look for it at Publix. Or I have a great coupon. I also check out the cardboard displays. Every not and then I get an email from Publix telling me about the new items that they are now carrying. I like this because sometimes I found out about the existance of new products this way.
I find new products by going up and down each aisle in the store, and by paying careful attention to the display at the store’s entrances.
Publix should display the new products at the front of the store just inside the entrance where the weekly sales items and BOGOs are typically featured. This could draw quick attention to these products. When they are buried in the aisle with other products, I often miss them unless I have a high value coupon or they are featured on a website like old.iheartpublix.com
I also learn about new items because of coupon. They are usually issue a high value coupon for a new product so I get to try the new items without spending too much.
I’m a hands on type if person, so I love to go to a store and SEE the product! I love to see a new display that catches my attention
I would like to find out by email or a bright colorful sign on the self to say “Hey I’m new”.

Using coupons has kept me “in-the-know” about new products! They usually match with a sale to introduce people to new products. If I can try something new for pennies on the dollar, I always do!

Our add features “some” of the new products..stating something like look what we now carry. I always notice and then check in store..many times our store doesn’t have that new item when featured. I think it would be cool if they sent emails with new items featured..region specific..ie the Chicken that everyone was getting bogo..the natural product..(can’t think of the name now) that Paula Deen is spokes person for..anyway…our store JUST now started carrying the product…and it has never been bogo here…Therefore, I would like a regional email..I know it would be more work for Publix but it would be helpful..also, a coupon to try would be nice too..even digital..like they did with the fish coupon some months back. Because, that fish coupon was for free fish to try..I now buy this fish as we liked it..had, the coupon not been available to try free..I would never had tried it at the price featured.

I find out about new items, when I enter my Publix there is a display that they are on, but they don’t tell you which aisle they are in. I also get new ideas from I heart Publix and other coupon sites.
Sometimes, the sale ad will feature a side bar that says “look what’s new in store”.
Also, they put little signs that say “new”, with a blue circle maybe? right underneath on the shelf by the price tag.

I ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO CHECK IN AND ASK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THERE ARE ANY NEW CIRCULARS OR COUPONS THAT CAME IN, BECAUSE SOMETIMES THEY KEEP THEM BEHIND THE COUNTER AND ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH SOME.

As many have said above, I also find out about new products through coupons. This site has also introduced me to quite a new products that I never would have purchased otherwise (it’s so easy to get trapped in your shopping “blindness” on the shelves, and just automatically purchase the product/brand that you have purchased a million times before).

Daily blogger emails and coupons are a great resource for new products. So is Publix’ weekly circular. I would love to have Publix include the upcoming weekly ad in the Sunday paper. It would be handy to have with the coupon inserts to match up new items in the circular with the coupons in that paper.

I usually find out about new products from looking in the coupon ad. Also IHP gives info on new products. I work full time and have a family of 5, so it’s hard for me to have time to look any other place for new products.

Being new at couponing, I look everywhere and anywhere to find the deals and new products. . Store website, couponing sites, looking all through the store, and weekly advertisements. But the first place I start is other couponers websites who tell you what the good deal of the week is, what you need and how to get it. And when I see a cheaper price on new stuff makes me not so scared to spend money on the unknown on if me and my kids would like it. And also lets us try new stuff we might not of known about. Being a single mom of three and doing whatever I can to take care of them. Couponing has made a very big differenc.e in my life. So I have alittle extra money on the side to do something for them. I like the way that Publix features new products in a sidebar of their ad. I usually read the ad preview here first but find it helpful to view the ad online or in the store so that I know I’m thinking of the same thing they’re offering at reduced price. As someone else mentioned, I love the “personalized” digital coupons and think that would be a great way to encourage consumers to buy a new product. Or in one of their savings booklets. End caps and other in-store displays also catch my eye.
I notice how Publix will showcase new items at the beginning or certain parts of the store. I am an email subscriber to Publix so emails about new products are always a great way to let me know of a new product. Publix is so accommodating I think they do a great job!
I enjoy reading magazines, Kraft Food and Family for example, to learn about new products. Manufacture emails and in-store stand alones are also a great resource for new product information.
Place new items in a special area like an endcap. Leave them at this spot for a few weeks , than put them in the usual spot when new items arrive.

I generally look for new products when I’m in the store…new promotional displays (and of course, coupons!).
I usually find new items on the endcaps. I would love to see something like the Aprons station introducing new items!
I have learned that when a new high value coupon comes out for a new product then that product is going to generally be on sale somewhere. I then try to take advantage of that and try the new product. Thanks Michelle for all you do and good luck to everyone on winning. God bless!
We have been asked by people in line when my husband an I are doing our weekly grocery shopping at Publix where did we find that item an how do we know where to find a matching coupon. We always tell them I Heart Publix ( usually I have to repeat that as they think I am saying I Love Publix, which we do). In Publix we sometimes have to hunt for new items . If we can not find it we ask a sales associate. They always take us to the item . We love when new items come out as there is usually a sale and a high value coupon to match.

I’ve learned that Publix has endcap displays for all their new products. Sometimes, there will be coupons available to try these new items.
Publix should put a “Look what’s new” display at the front of the store with coupons as an incentive to try the products. I also find out about products from I Heart Publix so thank you!!
I find new items by going thru the sale paper on Publix’s website, along with coupon links from old.iheartpublix.com.
By clipping coupons from online and from the newspaper and asking the awesome publix staff if they carry that particular product, and some time they even order it for me!
I would love to see Publix start a cash back app to compete with those that are out there now-I am a IBOTTA user and love it. Would be cool to see the stores jump in or start a program similar to Target with the cartwheel.
I like finding out about new products by getting a really high value coupon to try the product. It really catches my attention and I usually will try it.
To find new items at my Publix, I ask the people who stock the shelves every day. Not only can they tell me where the new products are located in the store, they can often tell me even before they are on the shelves since they are the ones who will have to move/relocate existing products to make room for the new items. Knowing that a new product is on the shelves at Publix, or will be soon, enables me to be on the lookout for matching coupons.
I would like to see new products in the Publix flyers, because I always look to see what the deals are there.
I am a subscriber to many wonderful blogs who introduce me to new products and I am also a subscriber to Publix emails. I learn about new product from social media too.
I look on the end caps for new products or at a display in the aisle or even the person handing out samples gets my attention. Samples and a coupon will get me every time.
I learn about new items thru blogs like this or I see a cardboard display of it in store. Sometimes I see a tag on the shelf at publix saying the item is new. I would like it though if Publix would dedicate a page on its website of new items.A lot of times I go to the store to check if it’s already available only to come back out disappointed. It would save me a lot of time and gasmoney if there was a place I could check to see what’s available where. Also, that would give me a chance to use a high value coupon that the manufacturer might put out to advertise their new product. But usually, by the time I see it on the shelf, the coupon had expired weeks ago and the manufacturer lose out on a sale. I don’t want to spend too much money on a product I haven’t tried before unless I can get it for cheap.

I usually find out about new products from Coupons for the item. Sometimes from IHeartPublix or a friend. with $100 Publix gift card I could try lots of new products 🙂
Honestly, I hear about new products through IheartPublix! Usually you and your team find a good deal and a good coupon to match, and I like springing for something fun and new without breaking the bank!
There is usually a sign that says I’m new. I also buy items that the demostrators are making . I’ve gotten coupons this way too.
I like when Publix puts up a display that says “See What’s New In Store”. Sometimes it is stuff that people have requested and I find interesting new products.
I find most new products by happenstance. I’m a take-my-time kind of shopper, so as I peruse, I usually come across new products to try.
I Heart Publix and other blogs give great info on new products. I really enjoy when you get the new products first and then give us your thoughts and feedback. Helps me to know if I want to run right out and try it or wait for the best deal.

I don’t know if it’s possible, but I would love to get an e-mail highlighting new products! Putting them on an endcap or near the store entrance also get my attention.
I usually learn about them from seeing new coupons for products. Publix will highlight new products sometimes in there weekly ads. I like that feature!
I would have to say you are my source for new items at publix. You always point out the coupons that go with the new product. From there I will check my Publix to find if they carry that item yet. Publix employees are always willing to help locate new items for you in the store if I can’t find it.

I would like Publix to have a new product section on their flyers sent out and in store flyers have it to. This way I know if the option is open to try something new.

Store displays are a great way to find new items and Publix is great about labeling new items in weekly flyer.
Usually I get a new coupon and that intrigues me enough to hunt for it on the shelves and see if Publix carries the product yet.
I read the flyer religiously and I like that now they highlight new products almost every week.
I like getting email from Publix telling me about new products. And I like the Apron’s recipe stand because I get to try a new recipe and maybe use a new product. I also look for “new” or “new to me” items while shopping. And yes, coupons are a great incentive to try a new product. I never would have bought the Sea Best salmon entree with roasted tomato when they were BOGO without the coupons. I absolutely love the salmon entree and would actually pay full price if I were craving it.

I ask one of the many friendly Publix employees at my local store! I also spend so much time in Publix that it’s not hard for me to notice something new on the shelf lol,I consider myself a Publix “volunteer” because i can help any customer not familiar with a item location in the store find it!

I’d love a club for Publix shoppers, where you get an email say once a month to try a new product out, not just a coupon for $ off but a “try me for free”, I think this would be great for say their Publix Brand items, I usually don’t tend to try them because I’m worried that they’ll be a waste if I don’t like them.
