Fruit and Granola Yogurt Parfait

Serves: 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 3 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 packets Pure Via® sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 4 tablespoons sugar free raspberry preserves, divided
  • 1-1/3 cups fresh blueberries, divided
  • 1-1/3 cups fresh raspberries, divided
  • 1 cup lowfat granola, divided
Instructions
  1. Combine yogurt, Pure Via and almond extract in a mixing bowl until blended.
  2. For EACH parfait, place 1 tablespoon raspberry preserve on the bottom of a medium size glass.
  3. Top with 3 tablespoons each of the blueberries and raspberries and 2 tablespoons of the granola.
  4. Spoon on 3/4 cup of the yogurt mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons blueberries and raspberries, and 2 tablespoons granola.
