A quick meal with potatoes and green beans
I like to use the meat in a chicken pot pie which my kids and grandkids love so usually have to make at least 3 large pies.
The 1st thing that comes to mind ( besides just eating it w/a couple of side dishes for dinner) is to de-bone, mix w/bbq sauce & spoon on petite dinner rolls–BBQ CHICKEN SLIDERS ANYONE?
Chicken Sandwichs with soup and salad.
I’ll just eat it 🙂
I’m using my chicken for a easy dinner night, just add some Publix potato salad and done!
The rotisserie chicken will make for an easy dinner
Free chicken would be put to good use feeding my family on a night when my husbadn is working and we need dinner earlier than normal.
Homemade chickrn potpie tastes even better when using rotisserie. Chicken!
Easy dinner one night, quesadillas with the leftovers the next night!
We will eat the chicken as is for a meal and if there is any left (IF), I usually shred it up and either use it in the next couple of days or freeze it. Depending on how much is left, I make chicken pot pie, chicken a la king, creamy chicken noodle soup, chicken enchiladas or chicken quesadillas.
I bake it and eat it before I hit the gym…
I’ll be using it for a quick dinner with a few sides and good sandwich the next day.
I’ll use it to make chicken salad.
I’m hosting a baby shower later this month and I’d love to use the chicken to make chicken salad for croissants.
I’d like to save shred it and use it for my special one pan recipe, but it will probably get devoured by my two teenage boys!
I love using the chicken to make Enchiladas
rotisserie means 2 days off cooking, except the side dishes but I could make some sandwiches with left overs and the carcass for bone broth.
I always use my chicken for a quick dinner with a veggie or a salad after a long day at work!
chicken quesadillas with the breasts – I always eat most of it while I shred it
Chicken tacos
Buffalo chicken wraps!
Dinner the first night and chicken salad with what is left.
Easy dinner and then chicken soup with the left overs.
I eat the dark meat first, then dice the breast. I put it on my salads (cobb, greek, caesar).

Favorite way to use a rotisserie chicken…Sunny Anderson’s “Maniladas.” Soooo yum!
My family loves chicken salad sandwiches !
Why mess with a good thing? We would just dive in and then talk about how glade needs to make a rotisserie chicken scented air freshener for those days when fish sticks are in the oven but you want everyone to think you’ve been hard at work in the kitchen
For the fajitas I am making with the bogo Old El Paso kits 🙂
Chicken enchiladas
Make my fam my mom’s chicken bake casserole. Soooo good!
I love their MOJO rotisserie chickens the best. Working full time, and having a toddler in the house, and a sick spouse makes life hectic at times. I love to get the chicken dinners because it is healthy and delicious. The whole family enjoys them. I usually do this atleast once a week. There is always plenty left over for lunches the next day too and a some snackie scraps for my pups & kitty cat. I also like to get the chicken and shred it, throw it in a crock pot with some bbq sauce for sandwiches. This is so tasty and always gets eaten up when I bring it to a potluck or any other gathering. Publix’s chickens are by far better tasting and more moist than other stores.
Chicken salad with the leftovers 🙂
I would make a chicken and broccoli casserole
I eat it just as it is – it tastes too good
We make tacos
I’ll use the breasts for quesadillas, the thighs and drumsticks for a casserole and I’ll make chickens stock with the rest of the carcass. After the stock has cooked, I’ll pick the remaining meat off the bones to make chicken salad.
My baby just started eating meat so I’d puree part for him and make homemade chicken and dumplings with the rest 😀

We just eat the chicken as it comes with a side or two. I use the leftovers for lunch the following day. Easy dinners are my favorite!
I think I’ll start by doing a easy chicken over the bogo spinach (from the last ad), with goat cheese and bacon bits as a diner salad. Then if there are any leftovers I’ll do a wrap or two for lunch with the bogo flat out bread I have in the freezer! All the deals are from reading this web site 🙂

That’s one meal I DON’T have to cook – yay for that!
Easy dinner- followed by chicken broth in the crockpot– i’m all about easy!
I buy this delish chicken often..generally the meal deal for a fast dinner. The first night is meal with all the great sides. The second meal is usually chicken and dumplings or chicken salad.
But, because of Cinco de Mayo I am thinking of doing a Latin dish or enchiladas with the second meal.
I have to be honest, I’m a vegetarian so I won’t use the chicken for anything. Or, well, I guess I could get it and give it to my neighbor as a present! But with the $100 gift card I’ll buy lots of vegetarian yummies, I promise!
chicken and dumplings
I will be using my free rotissiere chicken for sliced chicken sandwichs on flat out bread that I got last week and will the use the remainder to make up chicken salad with pineapple to have on a bed of lettuce for a quick weeknight dinner.

Just like it is.
I’ll use the chicken in a salad.
I will probably just eat it the way it is with some mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
An easy meal with corn on the cob, then leftover will be a casserole 🙂
I would eat the chicken as is and make some grilled vegetables and a couple sides to make it a delicious meal.
The chicken will be the main dish with some mashed potatoes and green beans on the side. No left overs though, my boys will leave only bones!

I usually end up getting 2 of them because there are 5 of us (including 3 teenage boys). I usually pick up some mac & cheese from the deli and we are good to go. My oldest son and I polish of leftovers (if there are any) in the form of chicken salad sandwiches the next day.

With all things Mexican on sale, I will be making chicken enchiladas, tostadas, etc. (I may need two!)
I got this deal yesterday and we just ate the mojo chicken with rice and beans for dinner, then I freeze the rest of the shredded chicken for a casserole later!
I’ll use the chicken for the main part of dinner
I am so excited!! I did this deal twice purchasing 3 Pantene products, Cascade, Bounty, and Charmin… all of those items were on my list anyway… I got two free chickens and pulled all the meat off and divided it into three portions. Two larger portions I used to make Chicken Alfredo and Chicken La Verle (Chicken with Wild Rice in a cheese sauce). The smaller portion I will use with the BOGO Sausage and a Zatarain’s Dirty Rice Mix that I got on sale a couple of weeks ago. Three meals basically for free all for purchasing items I was planning to buy anyway! Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!!
This one I plan to cut up and freeze. Then I will have meat to use as needed – for soups, BBQ chicken pizza, chicken salad etc. I also will freeze the bones to make stock at some point.
