The the crest prohealth is the only toothpaste I use. It is triclosen free unlike other brands, which prevents bacterial contamination but can lead to cancer.

From the way the coupons stack up, I would say the Always pads and the Tampax tampons will be the best deals. I like when I can get them cheap or free, so I can share with family and friends. Last year I was able to supply two people with tampons for the entire year.
