Stock up on your favorites and bake something delicious this holiday. Try this recipe for Blueberry Cheesecake Bars. I needed a treat to take to a gathering and wanted something other than cookies. I opted to whip up a batch of bars. The original recipe called for strawberry filling but I am a blueberry kind of gal…so I made the executive decision to change it out! The bars were WONDERFUL. The entire plate was gone in a flash so I know I made the right choice!
