My favorite lunch is any soup I make using some type of meat, pasta and fresh veggies from Publix. By making my own soups, I can control the amount of sodium I’m eating for lunch. I make my soups in large batches and freeze so I can thaw them as needed.
My favorite lunch sandwich is very simple (or I think so 😉 ) chicken, ham and mustard. Thanks!
Our favorite comfort food “soup and sandwich” for those cold, windy days:
Grilled pimento cheese/bacon on rye accompanied by Tomato Basil soup. So Yummy.

One of our favorites is Grilled Roast Beef, provolone cheese on sour dough bread. Spread bread with your favorite steak sauce, roll roast beef to fit four pieces on sandwich, place a slice of provolone cheese on top and bottom bread slices. Grill with butter that has been seasoned with garlic and onion powder. This is so awesome!!
