Cheesy Avocado Dip

Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 1 large fully ripened avocado from Mexico
  • 1/4 cup Cabot® Greek-Style Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Cabot® Premium White Oak Cheddar Cheese, finely grated
  • 1-2 teaspoons of TABASCO® Red Pepper Sauce
  • 1 Lime
Instructions
  1. Halve avocados, remove pit and scoop out the avocado flesh
  2. In a small bowl mash avocado with a fork till almost smooth.
  3. Add the yogurt, cheese and hot sauce, mix together until well combined.
  4. Stir in a squeeze of lime and serve
