It’s hard to believe but my kids will be out of school soon! They are looking forward to being off for summer break and I’ll admit that I am looking forward to being able to slow down a bit myself. My goal this month is to start restocking my fridge and pantry so I will be ready for them to be home for the summer.
It’s funny to me that while they are happy to eat sandwiches every day in their lunch boxes at school, they want a hot lunch when they are at home. Tell me how that works? So I have to start gathering my supplies so that I can whip up tasty lunches that are quick and easy…and HOT!
As you can imagine, with two boys I get a lot of requests for hot dogs. We are a Ball Park® Hot Dog loving family so that’s what I keep in my fridge. I can heat up the grill and in a flash, I have a fantastic lunch that everyone loves. It’s hard to resist that juicy Ball Park Hot Dog right off the grill!
To keep lunch simple, I like to grill my veggies while I am cooking the Ball Park Hot Dogs. I just skewer our favorite veggies and brush them with a little olive oil and sprinkle with some salt. Throw everything on at once and your hot dogs and veggies will be done at the same time. Heck, you can even toss the buns on the grill for a few seconds to heat them up too! That way your kitchen stays cool and you have almost no clean up. The less time you spend preparing meals means the more time you have to spend on the fun things in your day.

Our family love Ballpark hotdogs on our little charcoal grill just put some melted butter on them and grill a few minutes until they plump up and a little crisp. Put it on a grilled hotdog bun with mustard and grilled onions yum! My son loves Michelangelo, my daughter loves Leonardo.

I actually love all the Ninja Turtles, but I would have to single out Leonardo because I have 1 nephew that loves him and the other nephew is named Leonardo.
As for Ball Park franks they are always consistent they have been around forever, they taste delicious and when you put them on the grill, I cook them just enough until the seam starts to split, delicious.

Michangelo is my fave turtle ,ball parks- my fave dogs-anyway you cook ’em thy’re always good.I like to grill on my George Foreman grill,fast,easy & you get the grill marks without going outside.I usually grill extra & in the morning chop ’em up & fry them,add scrambled eggs & cheese.Great way to start the day & they’re good for any meal of the day.

I put a drop of BBQ sauce in a pan with the hotdogs and let it simmer. The kids love it with ranch tater tots.
I’ve been a fan of TMNT since the 90’s. My favorite would have to be Leonardo because he puts his family first. I also like the color blue, so that’s a plus. He is also named after Leonardo Di Vinci, whom I wrote a paper about. I love Ball Park hot dogs because they taste good and they’re a great value.

My favorite is Michelangelo. We love ball.park hot dogs. We stocked up on them last week when they were on sale. We love to grill the hot dogs over the open flame right on the grill. Thank you for opportunity to get movie tickets for my boys!

I’ve been cooking my yummy Ball Parks dogs inside on the Foreman grill during the cold weather. Now ready to get to outdoor grilling. I prefer to slice my dog in half and eat it on a burger bun as a sandwich but the rest of my crew still use hot dog buns.

My favorite turtle is Michaelangelo because he is funny. He also loves pizza. 🙂 I would grill hot dogs on a outside grill for best flavor. You stick them on a stick for easy cooking.

My son loves Leo the most from TMNT and is so excited for the new movie! We’re are traditionalists when it comes to eating our Ballpark Franks, hot from the grill, and topped with mustard! We love them because they are fast and delicious, perfect for a summer day! Cowabunga! 🙂

As far as why I like Ball Park hot dogs is that there are great varieties for all kinds of tastes.
My almost 4 year old boy has been a TMNT fan sine he was 3. His Christmas list to Santa was Raphael (as he loved the sai) but Santa was so nice and got him all of them:) Being a picky eater he loves the angus ball park ones!!

Ball Park hot dogs taste best when grilled, so we always grill up the whole pack when cooking out and throw on some ears of sweet corn while we’re at it. The grilled corn on the cob and hot dogs always remind me of summer!
