Pleasing two young boys can be quite challenging. I am very sure that there are lots of you out there that can relate to my situation. Because of this, breakfast can be the most dreaded part of my day.

I am a big believer in the saying that, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!” So a good breakfast is critical as I need my boys to get off to school ready to learn and be successful. But, I’m not exactly a morning person so I look for ways to simplify our breakfast routine.

My favorite Carnation breakfast flavor is the Rich milk chocolate. I had a baby 5 months ago but almost my whole pregnancy I relied on Carnation to help me get the vitamins and protein I needed. I’d like to try the flavor cafe mocha light start in the ready to drink bottles of the Carnation Breakfast Essentials flavors. I love the choices and they are so filling, nutritious. Especially good for meal planning and good vitamin intake for health issues of thyroid, type II diabetes both of which helps me to feel better and get a good days energy with all good nutrition. Rich milk chocolate and a God send for me this time of the year. I’m up and our the door by 4am 6 days a week and don’t get home until 8-830’pm 6 to 7 days a week for two months twice a year.
Working outside in the Florida sun. Generally.,. No. Breaks to even eat.
Our team provide all of Florida..particularly south Florida with electricity. We just started the outages. Think of us when you turn on lights, run the air, cook dinner, watch tv etc.! Lol

I love the classic French vanilla and my boys love the rich chocolate flavor! This is a great drink to grab and go especially for me that I’m always on the road meeting families in the community.

I am a chocolate addict, and because of that I have started my weight loss journey 🙂 No kids right now but that still doesn’t make it any easier to roll out of bed at 5 AM to make it to work by 0630AM. The chocolate flavor breakfast powder is the perfect breakfast for me because I can grab it on the way to work and make it right there in the office when I get in! With all the protein/vitamins and minerals there is no reason I should feel guilty drinking it, and no reason I should be late trying to get my breakfast in for the morning!!
