The post and giveaway are brought to you by the folks at Sprout®. All comments and opinions are my own.
I pack lunch boxes for the boys almost every single day for school. My guys are funny about what they eat and I have never been thrilled with the school lunch choices that I see on the menu each week. I just can’t see how the school can count french fries as a veggie. Now don’t get me wrong, my boys eat their fair share of “kid junk” but I think they need a good healthy meal to keep them fueled for school. With snacks like the new Sprout® Organic SMASH, I can fill the boys’ lunch boxes with healthy food that they love!
Sprout® Organic SMASH is a fruit and vegetable squeezable snack, made for kids and is perfect as a lunch box filler or as an after-school snack. What we love about these new pouches is that unlike other squeezable pouch snacks, it’s not applesauce and does not have apple-leading flavors. So it expands our lunch box options which is important since they take a lunch every single weekday. Plus, since each pouch is made with 25% vegetables, I know that they are getting the good stuff.
There are two flavors available at Publix – Berry Blast and Very Banana Berry. SMASH comes in a four pack and each pouch is an excellent source of vitamins A & C. Of course my guys aren’t interested in the nutritional information, they just care that it tastes great. That’s fine with me…I’ll worry about their health and they can just keep on enjoying the taste!
You can grab a great discount on the new Sprout® Organic SMASH right now at Publix. We have a sale in the current Advantage Buy flyer. With the sale you get a four pack for just $3—that’s just 75¢ per serving.

I look for the contents to be tasty and healthy. The packaging for kids is a total plus if it looks fun and the colors are attractive. Getting them to taste and like the products all depends on the look of the package and color of food. Sprout makes the package fun and easy to pack for lunches and quick snacks and the colors and flavor are wonderful. Now they eat healthy and don’t know it…it just is good to them…yay all around!!!

Honestly, the MOST important thing is that they will actually eat it! There’s no point buying something that will come back at the end of the day. Thankfully, they do like healthier foods.
We are a family of 6 and we are busy with school, cheerleading, baseball, tumbling and theatre. I am always looking for healthy (preferably organic) snacks that taste good, don’t have artificial colors or GMO, and convenience is a big plus! My teenagers love to toss a pouch into their backpack for a quick afternoon snack while they are waiting for practice to begin. As a member of several coupon groups, I also look for value and available savings when making a choice. Fortunately, Publix has provided coupons which prompted me to try Sprout Smash!
