I am looking forward to all the time our family will spend with loved ones but specifically having dinner together at the table as a complete family for two weeks. Our oldest is home from college, the other two will not have all their extra activities, and hubby will have a break from work. All my volunteer work, shopping, and holiday cooking will be over and we can just enjoy dinner time together.

Taking a break from work to visit my husband’s family. My mother-in-law is the most amazing host; she makes everyone feel so loved and special. She makes sure everyone gets their own “thing” whether it’s last minute Target runs, afternoon coffee/hot chocolate that she makes for you, or late night chats. She makes the holidays amazing and magical even on a tight budget.
