Spending time gardening. I love to have fresh fruits, veggies and herbs that I can enjoy in the summer.
I love to go walking and I like admiring all the flowers.
Spring is the time to open up the house and breathe the fresh air. Clean up the house and gutters. Spruce up and re mulch the front garden. Its a good time to clean the screens and the windows. I try and do yard work before its too hot! We entertain on our back porch so I like having the yard nice. Backyard bonfires and cocktails!

I love to be outside and do a big clean up of my trees, plants and shrubs. Cutting them back and planting new flower bulbs. Going to Home Depot and choosing what to plant.

We are active outdoor people year round.
Living in coastal south Florida there are so many opportunities to do so.
Pretty much you name it we do it.
Fishing, camping, snorkeling, paddle board, shelling, gardening, art festivals and green markets.
We try to get to highland nc..there we hike. Morel hunting too.

A few of my Spring activities is playing baseball or softball, walking thru the park, and hanging out at the beach.
My favorite part of spring is taking my daughter to go pick strawberries in the fields here in Florida and then enjoying a Strawberry Shortcake after. I love getting into the gardening also, planting lots of yummy veggies and then waiting for the little seeds to pop up.
Spring brings the time change which allows me to get outside after the work day and enjoy the Florida weather!

During the spring I love to clean up my yard and freshen things up by planting new things in my garden.
I live in an apartment so no yard but I do have a small patio. One of my favorite things to welcome spring is to plant up my patio. I have racks of pots all over it and I fill them with flowers and some veggies too. Then it becomes a game to see how long I can keep them alive, a natural gardener I am not.
We clean the house and head to the beach. Coming back to a clean house makes the vacation even sweeter.

I think I will do some Batiks after I buy Glade Batik Bazaar. The name reminded me of fabric batiks I did when I was very young, making messes at my grandmother’s house. Wonderful memories though 🙂
