Where do you find motivation or inspiration from day to day? There is a lot to accomplish in a single day and sometimes we all need a little bit of encouragement to be as successful as possible.
A good pep talk or even a pat on the back can do a lot to improve your outlook. Then there are days when you just need a little extra sleep as a means to recharge. Maybe you need a few additional minutes in the gym to pump you up for an exceptionally hectic day?
I find that my source of motivation is constantly changing based on the day and of course the expectations.
When you are looking for ways to get inspired, don’t forget about the power of fragrance! An invigorating scent and a little music can immediately make me feel like a new person. Knowing the house will be clean when I am finished is my motivation
In the morning I take a walk with my dog to get some fresh air and sunshine, have a good cup of coffee, make my To Do List for the day, and I’m ready to go!
I make a list and just take them one at a time, eventually they will all be done!
I get up with a good attitude and say Let’s get it done’
I’m a cronic list maker…so I make a list while having my morning coffee, then just take it one task at a time. Whatever doesn’t get done that day goes on the list for the next.
Lists! Because being able to check things off gives me a feeling of accomplishment

I get motivated by practicing gratitude. I may not “feel” like doing the housework or grocery shopping, but then I think, how blessed am I, that I am able to afford to by my groceries! How blessed am I, that I have this wonderful house to clean! Makes everything a lot easier!
giving myself some me-time at end of day is the best motivation
I put things on my list that I’ve already done so I can immediately cross them off. So satisfying. I also put on running shoes to get me moving/cleaning around the house.
I make lists-helps me stay focused on tasks that need to be done-when I cross one off my list it motivates me to keep going.
I’m very organized, and everyday I manage my time in any task that I planned to accomplished.
Make lists! My husband teases me about how I have to make a list to accomplish anything. Also, I think it’s important to take a little time for yourself each morning to get into the right mind set. Even if it’s just 2 minutes to drink your coffee, it’s enough to center yourself for the day.
My wife…lol
