Soft nature sounds or music and maybe cooking something fun…I like to get lost in the kitchen without pressure of time, it is super relaxing! Also, just checking up on my friends, or sitting outside and enjoying the sky!
Exercise, exercise, exercise! I love to do Jazzercise and walk!

Reading and listening to music are a couple of things that transform my mood.
Yoga and meditation with soft music is very relaxing and calming. After I’m done doing yoga/mediation, I feel like a new person. I feel very revived and refreshed.
Reading a good book always puts me in a better mood!
