If you are visiting me, you are looking for great deals—right? We have talked before about tips to get the best deal.
I’ve shared tips about finding the best price per ounce/item. It’s easy to get caught up looking just at the final price when sometimes paying a little more will mean you actually get MORE product for LESS money. Getting the most bang for your buck is smart shopping.
Another big tip that can mean a lot when it comes to saving money is that you have to make sure your are buying quality when you shop. So, I may be able to grab cheap cheese to save a little money BUT if my family doesn’t like it and won’t eat it…I have actually wasted money!
That’s something to keep in mind when you are buying food and purchasing products for your home.
When it comes to keeping my home clean, I trust Windex® and Scrubbing Bubbles® cleaning products to get a great clean the first time AND without a ton of effort. I know that I’ll get a great clean so I don’t even bother using anything else. Again…quality is important when it comes to getting a real deal.
Remember, now is the perfect time to get stocked up on terrific cleaning products to help you keep your home looking great. With the Publix coupon from the Advantage Buy Flyer you’ll be able to pick up products that work great while getting an awesome discount. Clip your coupon and get a FREE Windex® product when you purchase two Scrubbing Bubbles® products.

I study the blogs and always use coupons.
Following iheartpublix. Thank you Michelle
I always followed this website to save money
I LOVE TO SAVE $$$$’s ! I get help from my daughter too as we look at your I Heart Publix websight constantly to see the Publix sales and deals. We print many coupons then from what we see. We also buy sale products and use Publix coupons from Publix’s weekly flyer or many Advantage Buy flyers and all their others. We buy many, many two for 1’s at Publix. As we use 2 coupons for each of those 2 for 1’s too. Also, we print the Whole Foods coupon of $15 off $75 and bring it at our local Publix store because they take competitors coupons. Handing that one in first before our stack of manufacturer and Publix coupons. Many times our savings on our savings on our receipt is more than what we paid. Sometimes we only pay $25 out of a purchase of many products adding up to $75 or more !!
When I first started out couponing – I followed every blog and website. Ran around crazy trying to get every deal.
My biggest tip is to stick to the basics, one or two websites.
I use this website for all my grocery shopping and meal planning. And one other for ‘other’ purchases and Christmas shopping.
clip coupons from the weekly newspaper and print from online sites, subscribe to shopping and store newsletters and blogs to get first notice about best buys and special members-only coupons/deals. Its a lot of work, but worth it!
Stacking coupons, getting BOGO deals and buying only what is on sale!
I use coupons for practically everything and I save all of my change.
We save money by not eating out often and cooking our own meals. We use coupons, BOGO sales and looking at the Publix weekly flyer.

Oh, this ones easy!! By following I heart Publix on FB, twitter and newsletters! Love your weekly and flyer match up’s. With the use of all these above and coupons its a no brainer! Thanks for all you do!!
On most everything we do (hotels, buying tires, groceries, etc), there are some sort of savings out there. Google it before you buy anything. For example, my car/homeowner’s insurance offers a sweet discount on rental cars. Our power company does, too.
COUPONS, COUPONS, COUPON S

Coupons is the best deal to save money
planning menus & getting the most out of sales & coupons…thank God you do most of the work for us 🙂
I look for the cheapest package of meat!
For example:
If my recipe calls for 1 lb of chicken, it’s not going to taste noticeably different if I only use 0.85 lb. But when chicken is 4.99/lb, that 0.15 lb difference saves me $0.75. It might not seem like much, but every little bit helps!
Publix accepts all competitor coupons and not over using cleaning products when cleaning. It pays to know exact amount that will get the job done making cleaning products last longer.
I enjoy saving money the following ways:
1. Pairing coupons with sales and clearance items.
2. Not overbuying food or wasting what I buy, especially fresh fruits and vegetables.
3. Not buying something just because it is cheap or I have a coupon for it. I learned in the past that I was spending more chasing every deal and many of the items we didn’t really care for or need.
4. Planning my meals around loss leaders and items I can get the best price on.
5. Frozen vegetables are usually a lot cheaper than fresh and I often find that when cooked, they taste better too!
coupons b1g1, your blog saves time & money & when an item I use alot is on sale I stock up.
I like doing B1G1 with coupons

I like to buy reduced meat and produce that isn’t in bad condition. The best way to get good selection is to find out from the employees in those departments the hours they reduce them.
My biggest tip for saving money is to match sale items with coupons as well as not waiting until you are totally out of something to buy it. You do not want to be in a situation where you have to pay full price for basic need items (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, toothpaste, disinfectants, etc.). It’s best to buy those sorts of items even if you are not totally out of them. If you are just starting out couponing, eventually you will gain a small stockpile so that you never have to buy anything at full price.
We shop the sales, use our coupons, and cook large amounts and get creative with leftovers
I save money by combining coupons and sales that I learn about from iheartpublix.
the best money savings tip I know is to always make a grocery list and stick to it. Sometimes it is easy to be distracted while shopping for groceries. I keep an eye out for bargains on the “sale” shelf
Look at what’s on sale, build your list around those sales, check for coupons to save even further.
My favorite money saving tip is to not buy it if you aren’t going to use it. Even if you save “X” amount on something if you don’t use it it will go to waste. I had to explain this to a friend who got into the extreme coupon craze. She wound up donating 9 of the 10 jars of pickles she bought. At least they didn’t go to waste.
couponing!
I always use the matchup suggestions from your site! I also will print coupons and purchase the newspaper to get coupons. I use competitors coupons and also try to use the manufacturer and retailer coupons when allowed so that helps.
I keep a stocked pantry so I don’t have to go out and buy something last minute when it’s not on sale. I don’t shop on an empty stomach because too many impulse buys. I always have a list before I go shopping too, for the same reason.

Riding my bike to Publix for grocery shopping. My husband and I just started doing this a month ago. It’s a 40 minute ride round trip. We use my basket on the bike along with a backpack for each of us to bring home the groceries. This keeps us from buying more than we need. For trips where we need bigger/heavier (cat litter, dog food) items we stop by the store via car once in a blue moon to stock up on those items or order online.
