My mom is diabetic and coffee is one of the few flavored beverages she can drink. She enjoys it very much but can get bored with it. My favorite moments are to make a pot of coffee and use the Pumpkin Spice creamer. I usually sit out on my front porch and drink my coffee and feed the stray cat that comes over every day to eat and spend time with me.

I love making my coffee and pouring the peppermint spice creamer in it. Then I sit on my screened in back porch and watching the birds (i feed them first) fly in to eat.
When I was in fifth grade, we had no heat during a Michigan winter in our public school’s “portable” classroom. Our teacher made a huge batch of hot cocoa mix using Coffee-mate and other ingredients. Every morning we would get a cup of this hot cocoa, and during the day at times we would get to march around the classroom for a few minutes in order to keep warmer than we would otherwise be. We wore our hats and coats and boots all day, but our favorite part of the day was the hot cocoa.

I️ buy the peppermint flavor and on Christmas Eve my my children get in their pajamas and sit at the table for their traditional drink using the peppermint topped with whipped cream They are 18 and 22 and we have been doing the tradition for many years and I️ hope it continues for many more and we can continue it with any grandchildren we may have.
