I always make sure the sheets/towels in the guest room are cleaned right before they arrive. And I like to make sure I have their favorite holidays drinks available!
Bake, bake and more baking! Even if everything isn’t perfectly clean, if there are good cookies, it can be overlooked 🙂
Clean it! Then cook Christmas dinner on Christmas day.
We go out for the holidays, we don’t have guests.

Few guests for the Holiday; I try to make my home comfy and inviting by baking all kinds of cookies, put decorations, and Glade fragrances (wax melt, Candles, plug ins etc..) every where in the house.
We make sure our home looks nice, smells pretty, and we have meals and snacks that are our guests’ favorites.
Clean my house. Add glade plug ins to help the house smell good. Make sure I have beverages and snacks to serve.
I have to look for these new scents this weekend! We are not having guest this year but I always make sure everything is clean and my Glade air fresheners are always full!
Air fresheners are a must in my household. I like using themed scents for the season, like Pine for Christmas, Apple & Cinnamon for fall, Fresh Cotton for spring…..etc.
I don’t have guest, but bake for my hubby & me and always have my Glade in use.

Prep for meals by getting the recipe out, that way I go thru the pantry, make a copy of my checklist and have hubby check the plugin to see if in need of refills

I decorate for me. You see my son moved a year ago to Erie,PA. I lost my daughter, Dec 3, 2015. Things that make me feel happy an remind me of the memories of my family when my children were small an as they grew. My house is filled with the love that comes with those times an memories, the smell of cookies an a real pine tree. Stocking hanging an the little things that make it feel like I am not alone, but I do have one guest, The Lord Jesus ,with me on this wonderful time of the year.
I love to make my guest feel welcomed! The scent of holiday smells always makes things festive. I also like to leave a few bottles of water, snacks and current magazines in my guest room to make them feel extra special! Merry Christmas Y’all!

I try to keep the house picked up so I’m not running around trying to tidy up right before company gets here.
I love Glade products. I’ve actually gotten alot of my family using them now.

Everyone pitches in so the house is spotless.
We clean, shop, cook, and clean some more!
I restock my bathrooms with toilet paper, soap, and make sure to have clean towels and washcloths, and I clean up the whole house as much as I can.
I clean all the clutter and put in spare rooms or hide it, lol! I dust and use window cleaner to spray down any mirrors or glass. I put out extra toiletries and make sure the rooms are stocked with anything the guests might need. I move some decor around to make it look neater.
After cleaning thou roughly I plug in Glade scents in all the rooms. I also burn Glade candles while Im home.
Make sure launch is done! Bc it is the most time consuming! I then, can focus on every else.

Shop for all the food items. Thoroughly clean, bake and cook lots of food. Decorate the house and tree. Burn a candle so the house smells refreshing and inviting.
Plan ahead so I can enjoy the holiday! Decorate the entire house with both modern & vintage pieces. No theme, just a little something for everything. Of course Glade products so the Christmas atmosphere is complete!
Intense cleaning making sure the house is nice and presentable for them.

Keep the guest bath clean at all times, have snacks on hand, and always have candles lit throughout the house.
We put up our Christmas decoration and make the house nice and cozy. I stock up on kitchen staples and cook like crazy. We have an advent calendar with 24 days of fun activities like reading Christmas book, watching Christmas movies, craft projects, and special outings, it is my favorite part of Christmas!

I usually just make sure to keep to my regular cleaning schedule, try to keep clutter at a minimum and use holiday scented candles/fragrances also nice to keep some cookie dough in the fridge/freezer on hand for a freshly baked treat that always makes the house smell good.

I just put up the (fake) Christmas tree and I spray pine scented Glade to give it that “authentic feel”.
