As most of you know, we are huge football fans here at my house. My husband lives for this time of the year. I think he started the countdown for the first Alabama game sometime in July! The first games were this past weekend and of course we had friends over to watch the kickoff!

I have surprised them with cakes for the past couple of years so of course I talked to the coach and plan to surprise them with a little treat later this week to get them motivated for the season!
I love the fact that I can just pop over to the Publix bakery frozen case and pick up the cakes at my convenience. I don’t have to bother with a special order. I grab it when I shop for my weekly groceries and then I just store it in my freezer until I need it. It’s perfect for a home tailgate, kids parties or just to celebrate anytime!
