Now, Jake and Jim like to douse their subs with blue cheese dressing but Jeb and I prefer to keep it simple with just blue cheese crumbles…so you’ll have to decide what you like best. Just put everything out separately and let your family decide what they prefer. There is no wrong way to make this sub!

All you need is a few additional ingredients to serve up my Easy Buffalo Meatball Subs. Why not put these on your menu this week?! - 20 oz bag of Armour Meatballs
- 1 cup hot sauce or wing sauce
- 6 sub rolls
- blue cheese crumbles
- 4 celery sticks, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons blue cheese dressing (or more to taste)
- Place the meatballs and hot sauce in a microwave safe dish and cover.
- Heat for on high for 3 minutes.
- Remove lid and stir.
- Cover and heat for another 3 minutes (or until meatballs are hot).
- Assemble sandwiches by placing 6 meatballs in the middle of each sub roll and topping with sliced onions, sliced celery, blue cheese crumbles, additional hot sauce and blue cheese dressing if desired.
