I used the Crispy Chicken Strips but you could absolutely use the Tyson Any’tizers Popcorn Chicken for my sliders recipe as well. Just grab a few ingredients and you can have an AMAZING game day snack that’s super easy on your budget!
- 1 package dinner rolls, cut the whole loaf in half lengthwise (no need to separate the rolls)
- 12 oz Tyson Crispy Chicken Tenders, cooked according to package instructions and chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- blue cheese dressing for dipping
- Preheat oven to 400ºF and place the cut rolls on a baking sheet.
- Heat the hot sauce and butter in a small saucepan and mix to combine.
- Reserve 2 teaspoons of the mixture and add the remainder to the chopped chicken, stirring to coat the chicken.
- Arrange the hot sauce covered chicken over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Top the chicken with the blue cheese crumbles.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken/blue cheese and brush the tops with the remaining butter/hot sauce mixture.
- Place the sliders into the oven and bake for 5 – 6 minutes until heated through.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.
