I am all about incorporating new products with recipes that I know my guys like. It’s my way of easing them into trying new things without dealing with a lot of drama. Kids can be picky so I pick my battles when it comes to mealtime.
In the case of the new Ronzoni Gluten Free Pasta With Cauliflower, Fava Beans & Rice Flour, I decided to serve it with a dish that all my guys love…my Beef & Broccoli recipe. That tasty sauce with the beef and tender-crisp broccoli was the perfect compliment to the pasta. The flavors paired perfectly AND even better…I had a tasty meal on the table in about 20 minutes.
Based on the fact that the entire pan of food was wiped out, I am calling my recipe a huge success!
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil + 1 teaspoon
- salt & pepper
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 10 oz Ronzoni® Gluten Free with Cauliflower, Rice Flour and Fava Beans Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat and cook the steak until almost cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan and cook the garlic and ginger for about a minute, until fragrant.
- Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, chili flakes, and broccoli to the pan and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Create a slurry by mixing the water and cornstarch in a small bowl and add to the pan. Bring to a bowl, stirring often and cook until thickened.
- Add the beef back to the mixture and stir to combine.

I will definitely stock up on Ronzoni again. The Ronzoni Ibotta offer disappeared. Ibotta does that sometimes. I am hopeful this will reset.
Easy recipe to do and saves time as well. Prep time is very easy and need a quick meal. I will definitely follow this recipe. Good for cold weather right now in Florida. Yummy food.
