Here in the south we don’t see very much snow. Every once in a while we might get a dusting here and there. But, there is rarely enough to build a snowman. So how about we build a snowman inside…an ice cream snowman!
Obviously these are great treat to make with little kids. But, really they are the perfect treat for anyone! Put an ice cream snowman in front of a 2 year old or a 40 year old and they’ll both smile from ear to ear. I have been making these with my boys since they were little and they still love them.
All you need is a carton of Breyers Vanilla Ice Cream, some chocolate wafer cookies, mini brownies and a few sprinkles plus your imagination. If you purchase pre-made cookies/brownies there is no baking needed. You simply assemble your treat and then grab a spoon.
I usually just put all the ingredients out on the table and let everyone make their own snowman. Fill each cup with one, two or even three scoops and then let everyone have fun making their festive treat.
