You probably have lots of chips, dips, wings, burgers and other snacks planned for your game day spread. But, what are you doing for dessert?
Want a quick and easy easy way to push your already extraordinary EDY’S® ice cream sundae over the top? Just serve it up in a fresh-baked brownie bowl. EDY’S® Super Sundae Brownie Bowl is the ultimate game day treat. And the best part? You don’t have to wash the bowl since you get to eat it!
The first step is to make the brownie bowls. I suggest you make them ahead of time so they are ready to go for game day. After all, no one wants to be stuck in the kitchen when the game is on.
Just mix up your favorite brownie mix and spoon the batter into a muffin tin that’s been sprayed with cooking spray.
While the brownies bake, spray the bottom of a second muffin tin. Then once the brownies have baked, pull them out of the oven and press the prepared pan down into the hot brownies to create your edible bowl.
Be sure to keep the tins pressed together until the brownies have completely cooled. Once cooled, you can store the brownie bowls in an air tight container for game day or go ahead and build those tasty sundaes.
When you are ready to eat, just add a scoop of delicious EDY’S® ice cream to your brownie bowl and top it off with chocolate sauce, sprinkles and any other toppings that you love. Crazy simple and absolutely delicious…a winning combination!
