Pick up a package (or two) and add to your menu this week. I’ll even share a recipe that is sure to be a hit at your house…Incogmeato Brats with Onion Jam. These babies are packed with so much flavor you won’t miss the meat one little bit!!
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 large sweet onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 package Incogmeato Bratwurst, grilled according to package instructions
- Buns
- brown mustard
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic and cook over medium heat for 3 – 5 minutes, stirring frequently until onions are softened and translucent.
- Add the sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar and cook for 15 – 20 minutes until caramelized and thickened.
- Grill the Incogmeato Bratwurst according to package instructions.
- Serve the brats in the buns with the onion jam and brown mustard, if desired.
