Last but not least, you’ve gotta try the Colby Jack. A mixture of colby and monterey jack, it has a good melting quality that makes it perfect for casseroles and nachos. It’s especially popular in Mexican dishes.

Yum, love the Amish cheeses. I mostly use the Colby or Cheddar in tacos, but any kind on a cracker is a delicious snack for me.
Well, as a huge fan of cooking, I can use it many ways… But my absolute favourite is a poached egg with melted cheese on top on a cheesy toast. yay! Cheese on top of cheese basically :))) Good luck everyone!

I love the Havarti on just about anything. I crave and eat it all the time on crackers on sandwiches. It’s really good on rare roast beef and grilled cheese with chicken.

The Amish colby cheese has become one of our favorites. We use a lot of cheese in this family! My grandchildren love cheese sticks, and I now cut my own out of this cheese. With four little grandsons coming over, we use it for cheese sticks, grilled cheese, and mac and cheese.
I am a cheese muncher ! I live in Amish country years ago, so I’d buy the Amish Swiss. It will be gone before you know it-knowing me !

I thinking just slicing to eat but then I just got Idaho fries, so maybe shredded colby jack over them with crumble bacon, oven at 450 for few minutes until cheese golden then I have to drizzle ranch dressing over (fries already baked 1st).
