That’s why I wanted to share a quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for any night of the week… even those hectic school nights. Ronzoni Bow Ties and Spinach Salad is a meal that you can have on the table in less than 15 minutes and it tastes amazing! Just grab a box of Ronzoni Pasta and you are on your way to a delicious meal in a flash.
- 6 oz Ronzoni® Bow Ties
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup green onion, sliced
- ¼ cup light olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 each garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- toasted pine nuts (optional)
- Prepare pasta according to package directions
- In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, spinach, tomatoes and green onions
- In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except pine nuts; mix well
- Pour dressing over spinach mixture; toss well
- Top with pine nuts if desired
- Serve immediately
Most people only think of pasta salad as a side, but this Bow Ties and Spinach Salad recipe helps elevate it into a light, tasty main course you can enjoy on its own or easily build around with some garlic bread, breadsticks or buttery dinner rolls. It’s a heart meal as-is but if you could also way but it up with grilled chicken, shrimp or fish.

This recipe gave me alot of ideas. I changed some things in it. I added mandarin oranges to it as I love them in a salad. Also, instead of pine nuts I used walnuts. It came out soooooooo good and it’s healthy too. Thank you.
