I love the ham diced up and served in an omelet. Or the sausage in sausage gravy, or bacon wrapped around chicken. So many good ways to enjoy it!

I literally have three Smithfield hams in my freezer right now. We love ham sandwiches, and buying lunchmeat is expensive and not nearly as good as a Smithfield ham. We cut it into slices all at once and put it in bags in the fridge. It’s a hit for the whole family. And sometimes I dice it (or buy it pre-diced) and use in omelets or egg “muffins”. Can’t wait for the BBQ festival here in Jax!

Smithfield spiral sliced ham smothered in a marinade of pancake syrup, yellow mustard & brown sugar, tucking the marinade in between each slice before baking – mmm, mmmm! tastes just like the holidays!

I enjoy Smithfield Pork smoked on my grill, and cooked in my crock-pot when I don’t have time during my busy week and it’s cold outside. Also, great for pork carnitas.
