Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
CHICKEN
- 12 boneless skinless chicken breast tenders (about 1-1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing
- 15 round buttery-flavored crackers
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- PAM® Original or Coconut Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
DIPPING SAUCE
- 1/4 cup Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Gulden’s® Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place chicken tenders and Wish-Bone® Ranch Dressing in large resealable food storage bag. Seal bag and toss to coat; refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Stir together dipping sauce ingredients in small bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Pour crackers into a gallon-size resealable food storage bag. Seal and crush into fine crumbs. Add breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder to bag, seal and shake to combine.
- Drop chicken tenders into bag with cracker crumbs. Shake well to coat chicken and press crumbs onto chicken. Remove from bag to a plate or baking sheet. Spray chicken tenders lightly with PAM® Original or Coconut Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray. Flip and spray second side lightly with spray.
- Heat air fryer to 375°F. Place chicken tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Air fry 8 to 10 minutes, until crispy and golden brown (165°F). Serve air fryer chicken tenders with dipping sauce.
