Can anyone confirm the 7 up deal b2g2? I do not see it in the preview ad from publix only the pepsi in orlando starting tomorrow

Can someone explain the mismatch between the BOGO on “Frito-Lay Party Size Snacks 8.13 to 17-oz bags” not technically pairing with the digital coupon “Save $4.00 when you buy TWO (2) Party Size Frito-Lay Bag (Excludes Party Size 9.75-17 oz.)”?
This isn’t only here, it’s straight from Publix.com. Has anyone tested this dq?
