I am trying to get into a good routine now that the kids are back in school. Because of the boys’ various after school activities, dinnertime is often quite a bit later than I’d prefer.

Ingredients
  

  • 10.8 oz package Gary's QuickSteak
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 6 tbsp  soy sauce
  • 1 tsp  crushed red-pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated or minced
  • 1 tbsp  gojuchang
  • 1 tsp  sriracha (more if desired)
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, gojuchang, red pepper flakes, sriracha, fresh ginger and 2/3 of the chopped green onion in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and cook Gary's QuickSteak Sirloin Beef according to package directions.
  • Add the garlic and cook about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Stir in the prepared sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve over cooked rice and top with remaining green onions.
