I LOVE CHEESE ! Especially Italian cheeses and ones from Wisconsin, where I use to live. I’d be the first to induldge in the spreads and dips , as I bring the plate to friends and family watcihin Sports .
Both dips look delicious! They would have been great to have last month when we had family over after my son’s viewing and his funeral. We had a lot of people and a lot of food.
They would also be great to have for snacking during Thanksgiving day and throughout that weekend, as well as at Christmas.
I would serve them at family get-togethers and when I’m having movie marathons with my daughter.
Either would be great served as appetizers for family night dinners, or on nights when you just don’t want to cook, and fancy a light snack for yourself.
