Bacon Chicken Macaroni & Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 packets Knorr Sides Four Cheese Pasta
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups water
- 10 oz cooked chicken - diced
- 1 cup Monterey Jack or Fontina Cheese -shredded
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon - crumbled
- 2 tbsp butter - melted
- 1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- In medium saucepan, bring the water and milk to a boil. Stir in contents of both Knorr packages and return to a boil. Reduce heat and continue boiling gently for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and half of the cheese. Spoon the pasta into a 2 quart casserole and top with the crumbled bacon and remaining cheese. Toss the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and breadcrumbs are toasted.
- Serve and enjoy.
