Speaking of great taste, I have a dish that your whole family will love —my quick and easy N’Orleans Cajun Tacos!
This is my go-to recipe when I need a meal in a flash. Just sprinkle on some Weber® N’Orleans Cajun Seasoning on shrimp and grill (or broil) for the start of a tasty dish. That delicious shrimp is then topped with a quick mango salsa that gets a punch of flavor with a little extra Weber® Seasoning. The sweet and savory combination is the perfect dish that will have your family running to the table!

N'Orleans Cajun Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
MANGO SALSA
- 1 medium mango - chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion - chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro - chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper - chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh jalapeño - minced
- 1 tsp Weber® N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning - more to taste
SHRIMP
- 1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp - tails removed
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Weber® N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning - divided
- 8 corn tortillas - warmed or grilled
- lime wedges for serving - if desired
Instructions
Mango Salsa
- Combine mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice and Weber N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning in a medium bowl; set aside.
Shrimp
- Place the shrimp in a large bowl and add the olive oil and Weber® N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Thread the shrimp on the skewers and grill 2 to 3 minutes each side.
- Remove the shrimp from the skewers, assemble the tacos with the grilled shrimp and mango salsa. Serve with lime wedges.
