Popsicle Cherry Lime Refresher
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Handful of Mint Leaves
- 2 Sugar Free Cherry Ice Pops (from Popsicle Sugar Free Orange Cherry Grape box)
- 4 fl oz Club Soda
Instructions
- In a tall glass, add lime juice and mint leaves. muddle well until mint is incorporated.
- Add 2 Cherry Ice Pops to a heatproof glass and microwave for 1 minute to melt (should be about 3 fl oz). Add melted Cherry Pops and ice to glass with lime juice & mint leaves. Stir with a long-handled spoon.
- Strain mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda. If desired, garnish with fresh mint.
