Best Ever Caprese Juicy Burgers
Ingredients
Basil Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh basil - chopped
Burgers
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
- 2 lbs ground beef or ground turkey
- 8 hamburger buns
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella - sliced
- fresh basil
- sliced tomatoes
Instructions
Basil Mayonnaise
- COMBINE Mayonnaise and basil in bowl and MIX to combine. Refrigerate until needed.
Burgers
- COMBINE Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in bowl.
- MIX mayonnaise mixture into ground beef; shape into 8 patties.
- GRILL or broil until done, add 1 oz mozzarella and allow to melt before removing from grill.
- SERVE on buns with basil mayo, sliced tomatoes and some fresh basil.
