Burgers are one of the most requested meals at my house. It’s one of the few meals we all agree on.
Everyone gets to build their own, so nobody’s complaining about what’s on their plate. Got a picky eater? Plain patty and cheese. Someone loves all the fixings? Pile it high! It’s the ultimate “make it your own” meal, which takes the stress out of trying to please everyone at once. Plus, you can use whatever you have on hand – lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, whatever’s in the fridge.
Plus, burgers are fast. You can throw them on the grill or pan-fry them in minutes. There’s no need to spend hours in the kitchen, which makes them a win in my book.
If you want a really easy and tasty burger, you have to try the “Best Ever Juicy Burgers” recipe. It’s super simple: ground beef, breadcrumbs, a packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix, and some Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise. Seriously, that’s it. The onion soup mix adds a ton of flavor, the breadcrumbs keep everything together, and the mayo keeps the burger incredibly juicy. You mix it all up, form your patties, and cook them.
You don’t need to be a gourmet chef to make these burgers. They’re perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a casual weekend cookout. They’re the kind of burgers that everyone will enjoy, and they’re so easy to make that you’ll wonder why you ever bothered with complicated recipes.
