Need some recipe inspiration? If so check out Laurie’s recipes that she posted over on Passionate Penny Pincher. Both of these look great and easy to put together.
I know my guys would be all over that pizza pasta casserole…especially my pizza/casserole loving husband!
You really don’t need to follow some fancy recipe for this, unless of course that’s your thing. This is actually very simple to make. Boil a pot of pasta on the stove. When done, drain the pasta. Take a large bowl & mix together pasta with a jar of spaghetti sauce & put in any pizza toppings you like (pepperoni, onions, cooked italian sausage, green peppers, black olives, etc.). For the toppings, the smaller they’re chopped the easier it is to mix into sauce & pasta. Next throw in a couple handful or 2 of shredded mozzarella cheese & mix in. Spray bottom of casserole dish, spread mix into dish & flatten. Spread out another handful of mozzarella across the top. Bake at 350. Simple & delicious!
