I have some great news for you guys. I know from lots of comments and lots emails that many of you guys have had issues printing from RedPlum. With that, you have had difficulty grabbing those great Publix coupons that come via email from The Best Meals Happen At Home program.
I think you guys are going to be happy to hear that RedPlum has updated their coupon printing software! This new update will make it faster and easier than ever for you to print your Best Meals Happen at Home coupons. Upon receiving your next email blast, simply click to print a coupon and follow the prompts that appear on your screen to download and run the new RedPlum software. Installation is safe, quick and easy.
It took me less than 2 minutes to follow the instructions and I can now print again! You can see all the details on how to get started HERE. Fellow Mac users you can see install instructions HERE.

Good to hear! Now if they could just consistently send me the emails it would be all good. I get them about 3 out of 4 months.
This new software update also affects the Kellogg’s Family Rewards. Here’s hoping I have less problems printing from RedPlum (and anyone who uses RedPlum)!!!!!
I’m pretty sure KFR switched to using coupons.com
I got an email from KFR and was told the Rewards Coupons (ones purchased with Points) are Coupons.com and the “free” coupons are (still) RedPlum.com.
I read all the instructions, but where do I click to start the download. I am using Chrome. I’m probably overlooking something, but I don’t see anywhere in the instructions that say where to go to get started.
Help!
I did try to print the test coupon, but it just sat there spinning for about 10 minutes and never printed, so I guess I needed to install the software first.
I had the same problem. You have to disable the following plugin – Free Download Manager Click Catcher Plug-In for Netscape, Opera, Mozilla – Version: 963.0.0.0 (Disabled)
Once you do that, it will download the application.
Thanks Melinda, I’ll give it a try. I am really computer challenged when it comes to technical situations.
I had to get my husband to help me! Hope it works!
The BMAH are not out in my store yet
I tried to install and it said something like this software is not available for your version of mac. So I’m assuming those of us with older mac’s are still out of luck.
