I have a super easy meal idea for you guys today – Pepperoni & Cheese Stick Rolls.
These are a huge hit with my pizza loving guys. I love them because they take all of about 15 minutes from start to finish. Now, they are not diet friendly but they are definitely kid friendly. Add a big salad and some fruit and you have a super easy dinner that won’t break the bank.
All of the items are on sale in the upcoming Publix ad so you can whip these up for a quick and easy lunch or dinner on the cheap.
This recipe is part of the Publix Menu – Week of 6/12. Here is the other recipe that I have already shared –
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half
- 4 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- parsley for garnish
- pizza sauce for dipping
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Unroll and separate crescent triangles.
- Place about 6 pepperoni slices on the crescent then place a halved cheese stick on the widest part of the crescent.
- Start at the large end and roll to the point.
- Place the rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 – 12 minute until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt & parsley.
- Serve with pizza sauce.
