So many of you have been sending me delicious recipes that I would like to start a new feature here on I Heart Publix.  Most of you know that I am always looking for new recipes.  I have tried the majority of recipes that you all have sent and NEVER been disappointed!  I figure that if I am looking for new recipes…chances are that many of you are looking too!  SO–I would love to have a recipe round-up each Friday.  You can either send me your recipe or blog link to your recipe on Thursday and I will post them for everyone to check out on Friday!  I figure I will give it a shot to see if there is any interest… 
Here are some great recipes that were sent to me this week:

Caren over at The Prudent Pantry sent me a fabulous recipe for Greek Pasta Salad that incorporates many of the items that are on sale this week.  I substituted Rosetto Tortellini and from last week’s sale and added fresh basil–YUMMY!! 

Morgan sent me this recipe for Butter Pecan Pound Cake that I am making today (I will make my own cream cheese frosting):

1 box Betty Crocker cake mix (BOGO)
1 cup milk
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs
1 container BC coconut pecan frosting (BOGO)
Optional: 4 Tbs cream cheese frosting (BOGO)
 
preheat oven to 350.
Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl and mix until everything is “wet”. (You know… as few cake mix lumps as possible). Add coconut frosting to bowl and mix until completely incorporated. It will be lumpy at this point! Pour into a prepared bundt pan and bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean. My oven is about 35- 40 minutes.
Optional: Once the cake is cool, melt cream cheese frosting in microwave and drizzle over the top!
