I am doing the cake this weekend! Yummy! Does anyone know if you can double the omelet and bake in a 9 x 13 pan? I’ve gota big family (well – just big eaters – teenagers) so I don’t think the 8 x 8 would feed us. But I would like to try this with some Hormel Canadian Bacon I bought last week and don’t know what to do with!
