Mimi’s Quick & Easy Cinnamon Rolls recipe is from James Farmer and it’s a super simple recipe that doesn’t require a mixer, a rolling pin or really very much effort at all. It’s truly a quick and easy recipe!

What I love about the recipe is that it makes plenty for my guys plus enough that I can wrap up and give to a loved one. Nothing goes to waste. My crew gets a tasty Sunday morning brunch and then I can wrap up the rest and deliver them as I am running my errands later that day. I promise you, no one will turn down these tasty treats!

Loved reading James’ story! Sweet memories and I have the same experiences from mygrandmas kitchen too. I betcha his cookbook is great. The free pintable is darling too.
Well, I want both and excited for both.
Since Christmas and Drs orders to change somethings I purchase, I have started making,y own breads and sweets etc.
it isn’t as challenging as I thought but still learning.
My fave splurge treat is cinnamon rolls. I love them.
Therefore, I am pinning and making this recipe!
I will also make a savory Rosemary bread for Easter. Maybe a cheddar bay biscuits too.

We use the Fleishman for pizza dough or bread …all though to be honest with a septic system we pour Fleishman down the pipes each month instead of the “official ” septic cleaner. 😉

Cinnamon rolls! I also use the yeast to make muffins–super easy recipe. It uses self-rising flour. I mix the ingredients and refrigerate until I am ready to bake. No rising time is required, and the mixture keeps for several days in the fridge.
