  1. Simply use Aidells® Sausage and rice to make fried rice . Very delicious .

  2. I don’t do anything fancy with Aidells – it’s so good by itself, however, I do slice it lengthwise and brown it in a skillet and have it for breakfast with eggs and grits.

  3. My kids love the chicken and apple sausage. I don’t have a fancy recipe but I do cut the sausage up and put it into some macaroni and cheese

  4. Slice Aidells cajun style andouille with shredded cabbage, fried in skillet with 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  6. We like to make grilled sausage kabobs..
    Andouille Chorizo Sausages,
    Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers – Cut into chunks,
    Onions- Cut into chunks
    Zucchini -Cut into chunks
    Olive oil- To brush on the skewers
    Salt & Pepper to taste

    Thread sausage, peppers, zucchini and onion onto the skewers, alternating sausage, peppers, zucchini and onion.
    Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
    Grill skewers, turning occasionally, until sausage is cooked through and peppers are blistered, about 15 to 18 minutes. Transfer skewers to a plate or platter and serve.
